"Fluffy cats!" I laughed and then was a bit taken aback by his question. I looked at our laced hands and frowned "I don't know, I thought...If I told you...You wouldn't want to be my friend anymore and...And I'd never talk to you again" I admitted, feeling a blush creep onto my face. I frowned at my own thinking. All those days of hanging out in Alfred's garage and just chilling, my heart fluttering whenever Arthur would talk to me.

"What you dont like fluffy animals?" Arthur demanded, faking seriousness. He chuckled at Riley's reason for not telling him, and then kissed her softly. "Well, you don't have to worry about that now. Unless..you murder someone, or something along those lines." He joked, "your turn"

I rolled my eyes "Yeah, cuz' I'm such an evil murderer" I joked then though a bit "Uuhhhmmm...Oh! Who was your first boyfriend/girlfriend?" I asked, "Anndd, who was your first kiss?" I exclaimed, feeling a hotter red settle on my cheeks.

Arthur laughed nervously.
"My first boyfriend or girlfriend hm? Ahh, a french guy named Francis, answers both your questions." He said, feeling a small blush creep across his cheeks.
"What about you?" Arthur asked quizzically.

I bit my lip, unsure if I wanted to answer that. "Jason, the abusive guy that got me pregnant the first time, but I fallowed through on that abortion..." I looked at my fingers carefully, and let my head fall on the pillow "He...He was a jacka**, so whatever" I muttered, looking at the line of Arthur's neck.

Arthur frowned softly, and wrapped his arms around her.
"Im sorry i asked, now you're upset. So im not going to tell you about Francis," He said, not wanting to make Riley feel bad.

"I-I'm not upset." I lied, looking at my fingers then back up at him "I want to know more about this, Francis" I said, trying to forget Jason. I scooted closer to Arthur, if that was even possibly and rested my cheek on his neck, my face turned towards the ceiling.

Arthur chuckled, and sighed. "He was visiting my school from Fance," Arthur began. "And he..was quite the charmer, and well..I dont want to talk about him. Maybe in the morning," He admitted, glad it was dark so Riley couldn't see the deep crimson blush covering his face.

I frowned a bit, Francis was obviously a touchy subject for him. I wanted to be closer to him, but I was all ready as close to him as physically possible. I sighed and snuggled into the crook under his arm "Good night" I yawned, closing my eyes.

"Night Love." He said, kissing Riley on the forehead before falling asleep.

The next morning...

Arthur was already out of bed, downstairs reading a note left by Alfred and Ian.
Artie! Ian decided to take me to this really cool day trip to scotland! I'll be back laaaaaaaaaaater!

Arthur chuckled, crumpling the note up.

I woke up with a shiver and reached for the warmth of Arthur, but he wasn't there. Instead was a hallow spot where he used to be. I moaned, wanting the warmth and opened my eyes. With a pout I remembered that her always got up before me. I moaned agian, looking at my cell phone on the dresser and seeing the time. It was so early. I growled and got out of bed. I stumbled downstairs and saw Arthur crumbling up a paper "Recycle!" I slurred, still half asleep. "Oh god, M' tired...f*ck" I muttered, walking over to the coffee machine and turning it on.

"Recycle? Paper? God you're cranky." Arthur replied, sipping his teacup. He yawned, and then perked when a knock sounded the house.
"Wonder who that could be.. this early in the morning..?" Arthur asked, holding his cup of tea firmly, and opened the door. The only sound was the crash of Arthur's teacup hitting the floor.
"Francis..." He muttered.

I yawned again, waking up a bit more and sipped my coffee. When Arthur went to the door I heard a crash. I shook myself awake and ran to the door to see a tall frenchman with long blond hair and a charming white smile. He had one arm rest on the wall beside him above his head, his other wrist was rested on his hip. I swallowed and wavered a bit, then heard Arthur mutter "Francis..." I looked at the frenchman and scowled a little, I wasn't good with exes.

"'Ello Arthur." The frenchman cooed, his voice velvety and seducing. Arthur blinked a few times, then he smiled.
"F-Francis! What are you doing here?" He asked, almost nervously. Francis shrugged, "I felt the need to visit!" Arthur nodded, then turned, noticing Riley.
"O-Oh! Francis this is Riley, Riley..Francis." Arthur said, pulling his ex into the house so Riley could shake his hand.

I didn't shake his hand, I didn't want to. Instead I gave him a nod and walked back to my cup of coffee. I sipped it a bit more thenscowled at the frenchman again. trying to decide if I cared about him or not.
