Eureka smiled and just sat quietly, thinking the entire night. She finally got up and moved to sit outside once she saw the sun rising.
Eureka was still sitting out there the following morning.

The next morning, Blaine awoke, and yawned. He looked around, his memory fuzzy, then it hit him: Eureka's gone.
He popped up immediantly, and saw her at the edge of the cave, and walked over to greet her.

"What doesn't kill me makes me stronger," she huffed, finishing her thoughts.
She stood and turned to walk back into the cave, and she came nose to nose with Blaine. "Oh," she said. "hey Blaine.."

Blaine stopped, when he heard her say that. He thought, then began again, but ran nose to nose with her. Blaine jolted back, immedianlt blushing, and he smiled.
"Morning."

Eureka smiled, her tail flicking to the side. "Good morning to you too." she blushed slightly from the nose-touch.

Blaine returned her smile, and sat beside her, still curious.
"Sooo... What doesn't kill you makes you stronger? How late were you up last night?" Blaine asked, sniffing the air.

Eureka sat back down beside Blaine. "I...never went to sleep." she told him. "I sat in the cave until i saw the sun. Then i came and sat out here."

Blaine looked at her in a "go on go on, explain why" kind of way.
"Hmm... Well, aren't you tired then?" he asked leaning his body against hers.

Her tail thumped the ground slightly, liking having him next to her. "Not really." she said. "I've gone longer than one night without sleep."

He chuckled lightly, sniffing her head, for no reason. Blaine licked her tuft of hair on her head, and just then Brady growled. Blaine blinked, and moved out of the cave as Brady stretched, and stood walking closer to Blaine.

Eureka shook her head and tried fixing her fur with her paw. "Why does every one do that?" she said with a chuckle, she heard the growl and turned to see her father. "Oh. Morning daddy."

Brady stalked over, still bristling, but calmed down when Blaine moved away. Blaine smiled at Brady and began walking closer, wanting, no, longing to be closer to Eureka again. Brady snarled, waking Rii, and for the first time, Blaine snarled Back. Brady then took fatherly actions and stood infront of Eureka, bristled and snarling viciously. Blaine continued forward, Bristlin and snarling like Brady, ready to jump or dogde at any moment.

Rii padded out the den and stood over by Eureka, who had her ears pinned against her head.
"Dad!" Eureka huffed. "Come on...leave Blaine alone."

Brady ignored both girls, and continued Growling.
"Fine, you win. See ya' later Reka." Blaine said, backing off. Brady barked, and stood taller now.
'Correction: you will NOT see MY DAUGHTER again!! Now, Scat!!" Brady snapped.

Eureka perked at her father's objection. "Dad!" Eureka argued. "That's not fair!" Her tail lashed to the side in frustration.
