Zero glanced at Slick. "But... Your lungs are in your body..." He said. It seemed like he hadn't even broken a sweat.

"True. Red, bloody, pulsing, nobody wants to see that." Zero nodded in agreement.

Zero's tail gave a nervous flick. Thanks for that Ace... He thought.

"Come on, "Ace said. "They're going to need to get your basic info, so they can figure out where to put you, " Ace led them to a small tent where inside was a man at a desk and a dog beside it.

"State your name and business- oh, it's you, Ace? Where have you been? " the dog went and shook Ace's paw.

"I'll tell you all about it later, Vick, but for now, I need these two in the army, get their dog tags, so to speak." Ace said.

"Sure thing, okay then, you, " he pointed to Zero, "Name business yada yada, I need your info," Vick said.

(If you want to control more than one character, you can XD, it doesn't just have to be Ace as the only soldier, just saying if you want )

(I suck at mass controlling, but I can try after Zero gets into his location. =3)

Zero gave it some thought, and, figuring saying he came just to be a wardog would sound a bit stupid, said, "My name's Zero, and I want to try and help here any way I can, whether it be guard duty, bomb sniffing, or anything on the side." He was glad of his dark fur to hide his slight embarrassment on how bad his 'business' sounded.

"Uh huh, that's great, we need more people, or dogs, willing to volunteer." Vick wrote some things down on a notepad and gave it to another dog who took it to add it to the computer records. " I figure you two are with Ace, so we'll probably put you in his unit, he handed Zero some dog tags, keep these on you at all times, it's your identification. If you're into camo gear, we'll get you fitted sometime, for a jacket. Congrats Private Zero, you're a member of the armed forces. "

Don't even think about being relieved, it's not gonna be that easy. Zero thought, slipping on the new tags beside his original.

"Right." Zero said, making sure his collar was straight as he waited for Slick so they could go.

The black canine was about to respond to the food comment when Slick asked about his tag. He looked down and read it.

The tag gave his name, age, breed, date of birth, and on the back had three words: Honor, Morality, Courage.
