After they reached his room, Zero plopped onto the bed. "I'll be fine Itch. I suggest checking on Charlie. Maybe help him get cleaned up."

"Prolly a good idea." He shuts the door on his way out and makes his way up the last flight of steps to Charlie's room and knocks on the door. "Ya there?"

Charlie, "Yeah" he looks up at the ceiling How am I going to clean this he thought to himself.

Zero rested his head gently on his paws, starting to doze off.

Itchy opened the door peeked his head in and saw what was on the ceiling, "How'd you do that!?" he screamed so the whole building coud hear.

"I can explain" the water was still running and there was water all over the floor. "When I got in I sneezed and that is how blood got on the ceiling." Charlie was actually telling the truth and you could tell he was too.

"Sorry then, didn't mean to yell at you." Itchy began to help wipe up some of the water on the floor.

Zero looked up at his ceiling where the shout came from, curious.

Charlie was still at the sink trying to clean himself up. His back was still killing him, "Hey Itch, can ya come here I wanna see if you can help my back. Just jump on it try and crack it back into place okay?"

Itchy starred blankly at Charlie for a second or two. "Oh okay. On the count of three, one, two, three. Itchy lept into the air crashing down on Charlie's back.

Charlie howled he heard a cracking and popping noise. He winced, "Ohhhhhh, I think ya made it worse" Charlie said grimacing in pain.

Zero, his curiosity overcoming his need for rest, got up and used his paw to feel his way up slowly. Luckily he reached Charlie and Itchy's room okay. "What is the name of barking dogs is going on up here?" He asked, looking at the two from his little bit of vision.

"Nothing," Charlie replied taking a double take of Zero, "Man you look terrible" Charlie looked at Zero's face with confusions, "Can you even see!?"

"Barely... It's blurry, narrow, and can only see a few feet ahead of me if I'm looking at the ground but I'm okay when looking straight ahead." Zero said, still swaying on his paws a bit.

Charlie grabs his arm before he stumbles backwards through the open door and down the stairs, "Zero maybe you should take a seat?" aske Charlie bringing a chair over and forcing Zero down into the chair.

"I could say the same for you Charlie." Zero replied, raising an eyebrow slightly at Charlie's broken muzzle and slight limp due to his hurt back.

Nika smiled "You hungry?" She asked the pup as she rummaged through the fridge.

Zero, even though he was battered and bruised like mad, couldn't help himself thinking about Mishka. His tail wagged slightly at the thought of her.
