Aniu nodded. "I know but..." she said. "No matter what as long as my son is still alive, I can never see my mate." she said. "Because if my mate dies, he'll go straight to heaven and I'll stay behind." she said. "And I love my son and don't want him to die." she said. "I miss seeing my mate and nuzzling him, I miss the look I saw on his face when he saw our son for the first time." she said, crying again, she was normally in control of her emotions but not now for some reason.

"The reason we were chosen as spirit guides is because of our hearts." said Aniu. "I'm a spirit guide because I died while my son still needed me." she said then chuckled. "He always keeps my paws full, that's for sure."
