I'm with the "I don't see what the problem is" group. I personally love it how it is. I think Steve Winwood was the perfect compliment to the melody of the song.

When I were smaller I was totaly opsesed with this song, but now no more But I still think it´s pretty.

heard this on you tube last nite,,,,,brought a tear to me , its so sad and an amazing song. now i really want the cd.

I think it's a beautiful song, sometimes it makes me wanna cry cause it makes me think of the future, the past and the present all at the same time! xDD

However, I gotta admit... it took a short while for me to warm up to the song. But overall it's gorgeous and inspirational. I think so at least

I've always liked the song, ^^. Not as much as my other canine-show music, but I do play it and sing to it occasionally in the car. It's just one of those songs you kinda need to be in the mood for to listen too, or otherwise it just seems to drag on forever to be honest.

That rock/metal cover of it would be a pretty cool project though, =U! I always find myself wanting to do remixes and/or covers to things, but I never really get around to it sadly, D;. A great example would be my idea of making a "It's Too Heavenly Here" punk/metal remix from All Dogs Go To Heaven, XD.

Quite honestly I never saw anything wrong with the song, though the part with the kids took away from it sort of. However, I'm not exactly sure what a metal version would sound like, since I've never heard metal long enough to understand what the singer was saying.

It is a great song, I guess you could say I'm neutral as far as the singer goes. "Heritage of the wolf" actually get's me more though.
