I don't know about everyone else, but I loved WQ. The characters were great, and I loved the storyline and the message. Sure, it was a tad realistic, but isn't that the joy of animated, and other fictional movies?

I have another thing to add as to why I hate WQ. Its on the plotline again. But I just realized making Aleu go on a journey to "find herself" That's like...making the movie's plotline about LOOKING for a plotline. Kind of confusing, but try to understand it. That kind of "plotline" is more humorous than serious.
And I also hate it's constant need to be a serious movie. It wasn't serious at all. It couldn've been, but I could've cared less about everything going on LoL

I saw the Balto 2 parody also. Genius, able to sum up a whole movie in about 9 minutes. I did kind of expect a random "Hi Kiona!" during the adoption scene though. That would have cracked me up.

I also never hated Wolf Quest. But, here are some things I didn't like about it.-
#1- The songs sucked.
#2-They changed Balto's and Jenna's personality.
and 3...
#3-Alue is sort of well, sassy... how ever you'd like to call it.

It just wasn't as good as 'Balto'. Yes, sequels tend to not be as good as their predeccesors, but it was disappointing because it could have been better. Plus, there were funny parts in Balto. In Wolf Quest, I don't remember any parts being funny. I like a little humor.
I agree. Also, the voices had somewhat changed, and that made it all the more confusing.
Universal didn't do a very good job out of explaining things either, like, what the unamed puppy "Kiona" was officialy named, whether Aniu was or was not the wolf from the first movie, and all of their careless bloopers.
At least if they could explain all of their weird mistakes, we'd be happier.
But, I have to agree that I do not entirely hate the movie. I thought it was very well-done, storywise. I also liked Aleu in the movie.
