you are absolutely right and please dont bring up the topic where you said that i stole one of your pics because i didnt, ok i used the same pose but my character was totaly different to yours

1. she was called kira
2.i dont know why you freaked because when i requested you to draw kira in the red and you did, so you knew what she looked like
3. i know the stories ae similar, but i ditched that story long ago, before i even joined balto source forums.
and finaly 4. i love your art work and wouldnt dream of stealing it.

please send more fanart and dont listen to the people out there who do steal work.

That was something I drew a long time ago. Most people recognise it as my work so I'm not going to worry about it, plus it has my watermark on it.

Yes, people on MySpace think they can get away with anything. The only reason is that they think the website will stand up for them. It's stupid.

OMG! I can't belive that! I don't really think Cat would be on MySpace, since they roleplay with Kiona. And, I personally think MySpace is stupid. People get on it to get "friends". When sometimes, worse things happen murders,..you know what else. People can do really dumb stuff to get friends. As you know, Kiona is quite popular on BS, so lots of people DRAW her for Cat, which is ok, but when they butcher her art, it's sao stupid! I'm WAY to mad to write, so good bye and eat crap art theives!

Gosh, THAT IS KIONA, I hope they asked Cat if they could use her or they're gonna get a shock when she finds out, I would not like to be in their shoes if she did'nt, ouch!, I hate myspace, I find it completely pointless and it's a perfect place for 'bad people' to hang out, oops sorry, 'stake' out at, I certainly would'nt go there, not even for £14 billion.

She knows that there is someone using her character, and she's already talked to that person, and yes there are a lot of people using Pample's and Cat's characters for RP. Even after talking to some of them they refuse to stop.

Hold on a sec...Cat added that pic of Balto, Jenna and their pups not long ago, I hope they know that Cat can just set Kiona on 'em and she 'n' Cat will rip 'em apart, I know I'd definately stay on Cats good side, *hides*.

personally cat, i agree with you! if anyone has to take someone else's art to get something out of it, forget it! i mean it's one thing to get an idea for your own thing from someone else's idea, but stealing and foraging is about as low as it gets. personally I'd deal with it this way:

1) find that person and cuss them the #$@! out for stealling and report to the site administrator to have them banned or kicked off

2) see to it that it never happens again

3) be proud that you put a stop to it, and that people love your drawings so much, that they attempted to steal it, 'cause that means you ARE a good artist!
