I dunno, I find it addicting. ^^ Even though the graphics aren't as good as the newer ones, I still think that it's the best game from the series. I've taken a look at the newer ones, but they aren't very appealing in my opinion. I agree with you it is very addicting but I haven't played it in a long time. Star Fox Command looks interesting but I don't think I will like the controls I hated Metrioid Hunters Controls uhh. and General Peppy is going to get very confusing from General Pepper. What is with the P's? Major P.I.M.P. LOL!! Yeah, I kinda noticed that too. But Peppy didn't become a General until later, so Pepper was Fox's commander at the time of N64: Lylat Wars. But if there's any reason for me to doubt liking Star Fox Command, it'll have to be yours. Controls can be a problem, and the gameplay footage I saw didn't really make me feel any better about it. Never played Metroid before, but I saw someone play it, and he was all over the screens. Anyway, the pros greatly outnumber the cons, so I'm still gonna get it. FULL PRICE, FIRST DAY OF RELEASE!! I'm pre-ordering. ^^
Don't worry guys. While looking for videos of the game I did come across one that showed training missions so that you can get use to the controls.
Suka, I kind off beat you to it. I have already pre-ordered and fully paid the game. All I have to do now is pick it up when it comes.

That is a really good question, Suka.
The answer to it is still much in shadow.
Yes, it will have subtitles like in the other games.
I have heard the "voices" in the clips that I've seen but being that it is in Japanese it is kind of hard to tell it is real voices or fake. The voices do change in pitch from character to character
I say it does have voices because:
1. The voices do change in pitch from character to character. (So much change in pitch that... well...)
2. It has been tradition that the Star Fox games have at least one line of real voice. Even the first game, Star Fox for the SNES, had a line of voice and so did the second game. (I don't think Nintendo would break this tradition any time soon)

Oh, well, that's good. 'Cause when I was watching the Japanese gameplay, there were voices of Rob and some others, but on the gameplay footage on the "official" site, there were absolutely no voices, and it got me thinking. Perhaps there's just an option where you can turn them on and off...?
...You're right. I doubt it too.

With a little search of clips from YouTube and information from NOJ (Nintendo of Japan), NOA (Nintendo of America), Game Sages (in other words: IGN), and Gamespot I can say this:
"Star Fox Command will not have voice overs. However, the game will have gibberish. If you have played Animal Crossing (NGC and DS), Star Fox on SNES, and some other games you know what I'm talking about.
Each character will have a voice but instead of real voices the characters will talk in a "fake language." The reason for this is to make it easier to tell who is speaking.
"Why?" you ask. It's really unsure why Nintendo did this but many people think that the Nintendo DS is too weak to have effective voices.

Wow...that..sucks. I was really hoping for voices...anyway, I suppose it's okay. I really hope the NDS is more powerful than they realise.

The Nintendo DS being weak is what people think, it may not true... but then again it might.
I think the DS has plentiful power to use for voices but in the past people have complained that the voices and/or statements of the characters were really "bad." Maybe Nintendo scratched the voices because they didn't want to go through a mass amount of letters complaining about "bad" voices.
We may never know why Nintendo left the voices in the dust.
Because the game has no real voices doesn't, by all means, mean that the game is bad. Voices are just one factor within a game.

Yeah, you're right. I still have very high expectations for this game, and although no real voices has already chipped away at that, I think the gameplay, online feature, and grpahics effects will more than make up for it.

yeah that would pretty much cover it but i mean yeah occasinaly there were bad voice overs but for the main part it wasnt all that bad and it wasnt enough for me to stop playing the game and certanly not enough for me to write a letter about it i mean thats just stupid every game has its flaws and Star Fox's flaw is the occasinal bad voice over theres no need to write a complaint letter
