I like Kirby's "Rookies, they're all the same." The scene with Balto and Boris when Balto says "You're kidding, right?" and Boris replies "Not right." There are others but I can't think of any good ones currently.

I don't have a particular quote, but I really adore the scene of Boris confessing to Balto he can't fly, and Balto mentoring him. But I guess I can sum that up:

"Pretty good, except I have no idea where I am going!! ....*CRASH* Oww!!"
