And to correct you: Forgive Me is not finished, but the next part (maybe two parts) is ready to be posted! My best guess is that I'll have it finished by October (maybe earlier if I write every day!)

(Darn, if I had known I was going on the Internet today, I would have posted it right now . . . . *smacks self*)

BTW, Forgive Me is currently my longest and most thorough fic yet! (I'm about to hit 100 pages and 30,000 words! - And I still have three more parts to complete! OMG . . . but it's mainly a bunch of flashbacks, character development, and thoughts at the moment.)

Who, me? Give Rotramel a run for the money?

Yeah . . . I guess you could say that. But also it's because I really want this fic to be one heck of an epic story that has everything that a Balto fan would want! (I'm also working on my descriptions too, so it's practice for my College English class this semester (which I hope to pass this time! *4th attempt*), so it's helping me improve as well as entertaining readers and fans!)

Good news: the other fics are much, much shorter! I'll probably work on the Legacy series after Forgive Me is completed! *crosses fingers*

UPDATE - 8/9/06

- Part FIVE of "Forgive Me" is up for reading! Part SIX is coming by the end of the month!
- "Change of Heart" is also up for reading! It should be on both the site and the forums this week!

Next fics close to completion:
- Proud of Your Boy (the angsty Kodi fic with death in it . . . YAY.)
- Mother's Intuition (Jenna/Aleu fic (no, it's not a mother/daughter incest fic . . . ew.)

These should be up by the end of the month as well!

Oh, and here's an update on almost finished fics:

- Proud of Your Boy: It's just about finished! (this was supposed to be a Father's Day fic, but it seems that I'm a couple of months late!) I promise that this flashback one-shot fic is going to be interesting and probably make you want to cry.

- Mother's Intuition: I still have to type the end of Part One (already hand-written) and complete Part Two before posting it. The epilogue (Part Three) is finished, so hopefully I can have it done for the end of the month!

- The Husky's Meow: Hahahahaha. The warm and fuzzy fic has caused me to have serious writer's block. All I have planned at the moment is that it will be three parts long (Part One is already completed and posted here!). Most likely it'll be finished in a couple of months.

- The Legacy Saga: Of course, this goes to all of my "Confession" followers out there! There will be four separate stories in this series, plus a prologue and an epilogue (planned). The current (working - not official) titles for the four fics are:
- Legacy: Visionary (Noel's Story)
- Legacy: Unseen Savior (Jingle's Story)
- Legacy: Guardian (Chris/Little Dingo's Story)
- Legacy: Howling Spirit (Holly's Story)

- Forgive Me: Well, I am thinking about sending some of the parts to Balto Source (two parts per story . . . so that you guys can keep up with the story . . . and so I can add pictures to it!) while I continue to write the final parts! Part Six is halfway completed (since the flashbacks are done), so except it by the end of the month at the earliest! Also, one of my working title images is in my fanart gallery (plus a clue of what may happen in the next chapter!)!

- Destined: It's still under a lot of work (mainly about Jenna's past and family), so don't expect this one anytime soon. Maybe after Forgive Me is completed, I'll finish this one while working on the Legacy Saga.

I have other fics on the writing block, but I won't start them yet so don't ask me about it.

It's the end of the month and I have made lots of progress!

- The first half of "Forgive Me" Part SIX is up for reading!

- Part ONE of my (late) Father's Day fic, "Proud of Your Boy" is up for reading!

- "Mother's Intuition" Part ONE is almost ready for posting (will probably be up the next time I go to school with my laptop)!

- I have a couple of poetry pieces that I've started to work on ("Reflections: Daughter" and "Reflections: Son") . . . hopefully they'll be ready for reading in a couple of weeks!

- I have a quick Balto/Jenna one-shot (it's R rated, so I won't post it on here or on Balto Source for those purposes . . . unless you really want me to!)

Well, there is some good news:

I have some new fics up on Balto Source!

Parts One and Two of "Proud of Your Boy" are up (now with a cover!)!

Also, Part One of the long-awaited "Mother's Intuition" is finally up on the site! (Expect the rest of the story soon - at least within the next month or so!)

The first part of "The Husky's Meow" and probably my first (and only) "dead" fic, "Untamed Love" will probably be posted next time, okay?

And even better news, the best news of all:

Installment III of "Forgive Me" is ready to be sent to the site (the next time I use my laptop - most likely Wednesday!), meaning that Part Six is complete!

(I'm working on Part Seven and the epilogue as I speak, and I have reached over 34,000 words and 96 pages! Aren't you glad I split these into parts? ^__^)

Well, I suppose I am the one guilty of starting the whole "forbidden love" trend . . . but I'm glad you've been inspired by my fics!

(Don't worry, I haven't abandoned the "forbidden love" subject matter yet! I am working on a strange experimental fic with Yukon (one ot the WQ6 that I named), and I doubt it'll be up here when it's completed . . . it's a bit of a curiosity-trip type of fic so far, but I might post a teaser after I write some more . . . .)

BTW, your forbidden love fic is really good and well-written! Please keep writing!

Who's you character Denali? mine was the red muzzle pup and from what I know several people have used the same name ever since. That particular version of that character is copywrited to me along with that name. I don't want to be rude but several people have already tried to steal him. now yours may be different, but I'm just checking, because ever since I put my pic up in an old topic of MY character Denali, that name Denali has been used as if it's going outa style!
