It seems Steet wants good mods that know what to do and how to use their given power wisely. Too many mods and mods that act all high and mighty are probably what Steet is trying to avoid. I've heard about some members of other forums that have dealt with (no offense) "stupid, power-hungry" mods before (and were even banned from the same forum because of the mods didn't like them), and I'm sure no one ever wants to deal with that type of thing.
umm yeah your right...I don't like mods that do that, and that favor other people...
