Breezy::
Sorry. She said to Duke and smiled at Comet. She nibbled at his mane, Comet nickered and bit at her's. Breezy looked at Duke again and then at the clouds. She was bored.

Ren sighed, he looked around, there was literally nothing to do at the hot hours of the day, he sighed and returned to his spot in the safe shade of the tree.

Comet::
He galloped unsteadily over to Ren, stopping suddenly in front of him. I'm Comet. My mommy is Breezy. He announced, pointing over to Breezy with his little snout. He smiled a little bit.

Ren smiled, amused. He nodded, "thank you for telling me." he said. He looked over at Breezy and smiled, she was a pretty mare, but he had noticed Duke's interest and thus was leaving her alone.

Comet::
Your welcome. He said and looked at the ground, then back at Breezy. If I was older... I'd ask Nova to be my girlfriend. He said, he didn't know Nova was Ren's daughter. Comet looked over at Nova and smiled a little bit.

Ren looked over at Nova. He grinned, "well, I wouldn't let her date at her age anyway. I'm her father." he said. He smiled and looked from the colt and then to his daughter. "Maybe one day." he said.

Comet::
Oh. My mommy said I can't date until I learn to take care of myself and another person. Comet looked over at Nova. But she might be old. He said and looked at the ground. She won't love me.

"You look only a little bit younger, she may. Just keep trying and be friends until your old enough, I was best friends with my... my..." he trailed off, he had meant to say his mate, but his mate was dead.

Comet::
I don't understand women. He said and sighed, plopping onto his rear end. He looked at the grass and looked back at Ren. That horse was pretty big compared to 4 month old Comet. Comet looked over at Nova.

"I don't think any stallion does, I don't think they understand us either though." Ren said, he laughed, he liked this colt. Comet was like the son he could have had, the son he almost had. His mate had died giving birth to his son, his son and her had passed.

Breezy::
She nickered over to Comet. It was getting dark. Breezy looked over at Comet as Comet began to gallop over. Breezy moved into the safety of the trees. It looked like it was about to start drizzling.

Ren nickered softly and the herd looked up, he motioned with his head to the trees and they followed him, he made sure that everyone was there and then stood alert.

Breezy::
She noticed the other horses started to come so she moved a little farther away. One horse bumped her. Making her push lightly into Duke. She apologized and walked to the corner of the trees. Laying down slightly. Comet right there beside her.

Ren stood watching over his herd. No, his family. He took his job seriously. Always.

Nova played in the clearing, out in the rain, running around and having great fun, she kept the other horses in sight.

Comet::
He asked his mother if it was okay and she agreed. Comet bolted next to Nova. Whinnying and playing. He nickered over and over, he smiled up at her. Nova. I likes you. He said and looked over at Ren. He took his advice wrong.
