Princess Anna ~
She smiled as she rode to the stables and placed Layla next to Sirius. She brushed her for a minute before stopping and looking at Felix. Okay. She said, lifted the edge of her dress slightly so she wouldn't walk on it, and followed him. Anna felt her heart fluttery and her stomach become butterflies. She smiled and walked side by side with Felix. 'What is the surprise?' She thought and looked at the ground as she walked. Seeing a stray arrow laying on the cold ground. She thought of the seasons and how beautiful they were. Her favorite was Autumn. She thought of the brittle leaves in the merry month of Autumn and her senses went wild as she imagined breathing in the cold and crisp air.

Felix walked with her across the town, towards his home or mead hall, where he had everything but his horse. He loved the hidden city and adored 'her' people and buildings. They walked inside, going past the meeting room and down the halls and past her first room, and further down the hall, his room was on one side and her's on the other at the end of the hall, his guards saluted him as he passed and he smiled at them, they stopped at her room he opened the friendly looking oak door and they walked inside, there was the princess's puppies, waiting for her.

Princess Anna ~
She followed him down the hall. Eyeing the guards as they saluted. Strange. When the oak door opened she gasped happily. Royce! Sam! She exclaimed and bent down to her puppies. Royce and Sam ran up to her, licking her hands and wrists. Oh hi babies! She cooed to them. She rubbed Sam's head and patted Royce's sides. Anna looked at Felix and smiled some. She stood up again. Thank you. She said and hugged him. She smiled some and felt little paws on her leg. Sam again.

Felix smiled, watching the reunion of man and beast, he was sort of... touched. He shook his head, people and their attachment. Even he himself was guilty of growing attached to things, like his horse. He was shocked when she hugged him and he wasn't sure what to do. He hadn't had a hug since he was eight. He lifted his arms and huvvered awkwardly until she released him. "You welcome, I guess." he said.

Princess Anna ~
Her face went red and Sam barked at her. Anna bent down and picked her beloved puppy up. She smiled and kissed her puppy's head like a baby. Hey baby. She cooed again, Sam was soon in her arms snoring soundly. Anna looked at Felix slightly out of the corner of her eye and she giggled. She couldn't help it. She smiled more and patted Royce, who was envying Sam's attention. Anna loved her puppies so much.

Felix smiled and stood still, like a guard himself, but he was smiling and his eyes were on her, unlike the serious men who called him 'king.' He shook his head and didn't honestly know what to do, well. He could stay and watch, or he could go to his room and get some sleep, or work on orders, maybe even read a book, he twiddled him thumbs. "I'll be in my room, right across the hall, if you need anything tell me." he said and walked out the door, he nodded to his guards and they took their places at his door, he went inside and sat at his desk. It got dark and he fell asleep.

((Next day))

Princess Anna ~
She nodded and slept soundly in her room. She awoke the next day to Sam licking her face and Royce asleep on her cold legs. Anna smiled some at the puppies and rolled them gently off her. Anna stood up and stretched. She thought of something to do to make the time go by faster. She pulled her hair neatly into a bun and found some stray clothes in her room. She pulled off her other dress and slid on the newer one. This one was made of Satin. She loved the fabric, it felt amazing against her skin. Anna smiled and thought of Felix.

Felix woke, face down on his papers, he sighed and stood, he went to the wash basin and splashed his face with the cool water, he dried his hands on a piece of cloth and changed his clothes under the armor. He sighed and looked out the window, it looked like another beautiful day and he walked to Anna's door, he knocked, "Breakfast in the meeting hall, meet me there when you can." he said and went into the meeting hall to find everyone there, he smiled and food was already on the table, he noted that they had left the chair at his right side empty and several of the men winked at him, he shook his head and sat down.

Princess Anna ~
She opened the door as soon as he knocked. She followed him into the meeting hall and looked around at all the guys. She didn't show an emotion really, it was more of a 'Lets get this over with' kind of emotion. Anna took a seat next to Felix and she just kept her hands in her lap and her head down. She didn't want to make eye contact with anyone, especially not Robin. She looked at her hands, how slender her fingers were. How perfect her nails were cut. She smiled a little, not very noticable.

Felix looked around the room, the majority of his men were married and their wives were there too, he smiled, "good morning friends, before we start do we have any announcement or news?" he asked, looking around, his herald started to rattle out news and when the herald was done, Felix nodded, "anything you men have to add?" he asked, one man said that his wife was pregnant and everyone said their congratulations. The man's wife blushed, Felix nodded, "alright, we can eat." he said and everyone took stuff, it was a nice amount of food and conversation started around the table.

Princess Anna ~
She smiled. She loved children ever so much. She couldn't imagine having kids of her own for some reason. But she also saw Royce and Sam as her kids. She smiled and looked at the food. She took a portion of food for herself and then passed it along. She was wrong about these people. They weren't as brutal and as cruel as she thought they were. She felt something inside her. It couldn't be happiness, could it? She sighed happily and ate some. The food was okay but she thought more of how well the dogs would be fed.

Felix ate silently, listening to the men pass rumors and their wives gossip. He smiled, this pace was him home. These people were his higher ranking officials. He grinned, shaking his head. There was a population of two hundred in the hidden city, it was nice here. He thought about growing up here.

Princess Anna ~
She raised a glass, To health, and life long happiness. She said with a smile. She directed her attention to Felix and smiled even deeper. She took a quick sip and finished up her food. She looked at the plate and thought of something to say. She couldn't think of anything so she just kept quiet.

Felix raised his glass and repeated what she said. 'To health and lifelong happiness' he repeated over and other in his head. He looked at her and smiled, he too finished his food and started to help clearing the table, he may be king of the rebellion, but he always helped, it was what made him the most different from the real king. He smiled and wished everyone well and shook hands as all the guests filed out back to their homes, he finished cleaning up and then walked back into the meeting room.

Princess Anna ~
She relaxed at the table. Almost drifting into a nap. She jumped awake and rubbed her eyes. She smiled and Felix and looked at the straping young man. Robin had left aswell, she was happy about that. She could hear his gravely voice whispering to the other men as they left with whoever they came with. Anna shook her head and stood up, stretching she yawned some. She wasn't totally awake yet.
