"yeah, I just adopted them." she said and grinned at them. She clutched the mvie on her hand. He was big, she was only 5.5 and she felt like a twig compared to him, but then again, it didn't matter, she grew up with brothers and they were always giants compared to her. She stared at the wall for a moment and then returned her gaze to him.

Haley ~
She saw a really cute Elmo doll and she wanted it badly. It hung just out of reach and the store clerk wasn't helping her. Haley reached and reached, standing on her tippy toes to get the doll but couldn't. She sighed and stopped trying.

Adam ~
Excuse me for a second. He said and walked over to Haley. He lifted the doll off the shelf and watched as she sat down with her back to everyone. He payed for the doll and walked up behind her. Setting it down gently infront of her. Haley gasped happily and took the doll, thanking him. Adam smiled and touched her shoulder gently. Standing up and walking back over to Vanilla.

"Hey, thanks." Villina said, she extended her hand. "Villina, but the kids call me Vanilla." she said, smiling. She glanced past his shoulder at the kids, who were still looking around, Haley was with her Elmo doll and Villina smiled, she returned her gaze to Adam, waiting for him to introduce himself and shake her hand.

Adam ~
He smiled and nodded once, he took her hand. His hands were strong but loveable. I'm Adam. Adam Maddox. He smiled and stop shaking her hand after a while. He was wearing dark blue jeans and a regular camo t-shirt. He grinned slightly and looked at the kids again as they came up around him. Adam saw Haley rub her eyes and yawn slightly. You tired hun? He asked, Haley nodding with almost shut eyes. Adam picked her up and let her rest on his shoulder. She fell right asleep. Mason pretended to be tired so Adam would hold him. Adam chuckled and picked Mason up aswell, letting him rest on his big arm.

Villina put her hands on her hips and laughed, throwing back her head in amusement. "Your stealing my kids." she teased. "Mind walking to my truck with me?" she asked, knowing the kids wouldn't want to wake up. The furniture was already loaded and she had the shopping cart and movies. She took her hands from her hips and pushed the cart forward a few steps and looked back waiting for a reply.

Adam ~
He chuckled. It's the other way around. He said with a smile, he walked to the truck with her. Putting the kids in the backseat and buckling them up. Adam put Haley's Elmo doll and gave it to her, she woke slightly, kissing Adam on his cheek. Adam felt his heart warm up fully. Adam smiled and touched her hair, making her smile and drift into sleep again. Mason hugged him, begging him not to go. Adam smiled. Maybe I'll swing by and visit you some time kiddo. He said to Mason and shut the door, he looked at Villina and opened the door for her. He smiled and handed her with a paper with his number on it. If you need anything, just give me a call. He said with a smile. He backed off and went to his truck.

Villina took the paper and nodded, "Thanks." she said and smiled, "Feel free to visit, anytime." she said and got inside, turning on the engine, she drove down the road, the kids slept the two hour drive home and when they pulled onto the dirt road, she prepared to wake them up.

Mason ~
He was already awake and Haley was begining to wake up. When Mason saw the big house he gasped, smiling big. He shook his sister. Sissy look! He said happily, Haley loving the sight of the huge house and the animals too, Mason couldn't wait to get unbuckled so he could see all the new things around their new home.

Adam ~
He got in his truck and drove off to the gym first. He had remembered on the back of the paper he had given Villina, there was the number to the gym. He walked inside, pealing off his shirt and slipping into some short and some sneakers. He smiled and did sit ups, push ups, trunk lifts, bicept curls, tredmills, and weight lifting. Adam loved working out, surprisingly, his muscles added about 50 lbs. Without his muscles he would weigh 125 lbs. Adam thought about the kids as he talked with some of the other people around there.

Villina looked back at them. "Welcome to your new home." she said and pulled up to the house, the barn was visible behind the house and the horses could be seen. She turned off the truck and let them out and let them run towards the house, she followed behind them, grinning happily. She looked at the mountain, her house was pretty much on the top and she could rightfully say that she owned it.

Mason ~
Yahoo! He exclaimed, unbuckling his seat belt and hopping out of the truck. He smiled and ran around, playing in the soft, lush grass. He looked in the pasture and saw horses. He smiled deeper and looked at Haley. He hugged and and decided that the only way to keep this memorable would be to take a picture. They asked if they could have their pictures done.

Adam ~
Yeah, well she's got two amazing kids. He said, doing sit ups with his friend. His friend shook his head with a grin across his face. I know you wouldn't care mister, loner. He said grinning back at his friend. Adam was up to 100 sit ups and began on his push ups.

Villina nodded, she pulled out a camera and took a picture, she walked over, "you want to go and meet the horses?" she asked and pointed at them, her duck Hero waddled over, followed by the father of her litter. He barked and jumped up into Villina's arms and barked. She huffed, he was heavy. Hero quacked.

Mason ~
Ducky! He said and picked Hero up. He smiled as Haley kissed the duck on the head and giggled. Mason smiled and sat Hero down gently and nodded at Villina. Sure! He said excited, he couldn't wait to get to see the horses. He loved animals just like he loved his sister. With undescribable words.

Adam ~
Well I'm gone fellas, don't be eatin' no steroids while I'm gone either. He smiled, joking. The guys laughed, throwing towls at him. Adam grinned and walked out and back to his car. He drove home and got a shower, putting his favorite colone on and his regular outfit. Jeans, t-shirt, timberlins. Adam walked in the kitchen, Joker eating. Adam smiled and got a bottle of water.

Sir Camelot jumped out of her arms and onto the ground, he barked and sniffed the kids. Lady Africa trotted out to investigate, coming out the doggy door, the pups and dogs had their own room. She sniffed the kids too. "Kids, that's Hero the duck and Camelot is the big dog and Africa is the smaller one, they have twelve pups inside." she said and scratched Africa's ear. She grinned and kept walked to the pen, where she whisled, the five horses (two of them ponies) trotted over, she let the ponies out, (Turk and Duke) they trotted over to the kids. Perfectly sized.

Haley ~
She smiled nervously. She petted Turk on his head and giggled. She thought of Adam that whole time they were there. Mommy, are you gonna call daddy? She said, she didn't know right from wrong at that age and she certainly didn't know if Adam was her dad or not. She supposed any man that liked her and her kids was her dad. Haley smiled at Mason as he asked her question again.

"You mean Adam?" Villina asked. She turned her head to one side, as far as she knew, she didn't have a husband. "I suppose I could call him, but he's not your dad, right now, there is no dad." she said, she smiled and Africa ran inside. She walked to the horses and patted Duke's head. She grinned and pulled out her cellphone, to call Adam.
