"Well.." he said. "Spill it, fleabag." Firestorm joked. "Okay." Lynxheart said. "I had to talk to Firestorm. She's my sister, and its been moons since we talked." "So, you risked your life just to talk to me?" Firestorm's eyes glowed as she thought about how brave her brother was. "Those kits will have a good mentor if Leopardstar chooses you." Lynxheart smiled at his sister. "But, you'r not going to make yourself poplar with Leopardstar if you sneak away like this." Firestorm told him. She turned proudly to Cloudfur and Emberpatch. "He's a warrior now."

Cloudfur gazed at Firestorm. "Firestorm, just because he is a warrior, doesn't mean he can just come over here whenever he pleases. I'm sorry to say this Lynxheart, but you are going to have to leave. You guys can talk to each other at Gatherings, but no more sneaking onto other clan's territories. It's against the warrior code and you guys need to learn that now that you're warriors. I'm sorry." Cloudfur finished as she saw the sadness on Firestorm's face. She glanced at Emberpatch, hoping for encouragement and support that she said the right thing.

"No, its okay." Firestorm said. She turned to her brother. "You really should go. We'll meet again at the Gathering, trust me." Lynxheart nodded, and turned around and left. Firestorm quickly turned to Emberpatch and Cloudfur. "Please don't tell Firestar. I don't want to get in trouble on the very first day I become a warrior."

Cloudfur growled softly as Emberpatch mentioned Silverstream. Cloudfur loved her father, but she couldn't stand the thought of him being with a cat from another clan. It's was against the warrior code! "Silverstream has nothing to do with this Emberpatch." She said quietly. If Firestorm and Lynxheart miss each other so much, Lynxheart should have never switched clans. Cloudfur thought.

(Cloudfur is a real stickler for the warrior code XD)

"But, it is is a bit weird." Firestorm mentioned. "Lynxheart is my brother, but Silverstream loved Graystripe."

"Can we stop talking about Silverstream?" Cloudfur yowled. She lashed her tail. "You know how I feel about her!" She spat.

Firestorm nodded. She flicked her tail as a signal for Lynxheart to go. He left and Firestorm felt a hole yawning in her belly. She pushed it away. "Emberpatch is right, Cloudfur. If there is one thing you taught me, it is that even if one is dead, you can never stop loving him."

"Silverstream is not part of me! I never met her, and I wouldn't want to. She was not my mother, so I don't have to treat her like she was." Cloudfur hissed then spun around and raced through the trees. She couldn't stand them talking about Silverstream anymore. She didn't stop running until she came to the abandoned twoleg nest. She padded into the house and climbed up to one of the beams in the ceiling. I'll just stay here for the night, she thought.

Firestorm sighed. "I'd better go back. I'll be late for that vigil." she silently told Emberpatch. She whipped around and raced back to the ThunderClan camp. Cloudfur was in a mood, and she didn't know how to calm her down again. Whatever Cloudfur thought, Emberpatch was right. There was a part of Silverstream in Cloudfur that she would never fully understand. Maybe one day...

Cloudfur jumped down from the beam in the house. She paced the length of the house and growled. "Silverstream isn't related to me, she wasn't my mother. She was just some she-cat my father fell in love with. Nothing more." She told herself. "Why does Emberpatch have to be such a mouse-brain? She's acting like Silverstream was my mother." Immediately, Cloudfur felt bad. She shouldn't be ragging on Emberpatch, she was her best friend. She just didn't understand. Cloudfur let out a sigh and scraped some moss together to make a temporary bed.
