He moved his gaze to her face, noticing that she was looking at his paws, he moved them slightly, he looked up into the trees and around at his surroundings.

Link looked up at him and looked around then back at his paw,s then looked at her bandana.

Dax smiled, noticing the bandanna. "I like it." he said, gesturing to it. He looked at his simple leather bracelet and smiled, "Mine's nothing that great to look at." he said.

"Ehh... I found is just laying around in the woods, and I kept it... and now... now it's basically my life, I love this thing, don't know why." she explained.
The squirrel smirked that was above them and shook the branch before scavenging away.

He nodded in understanding. He looked up and spotted the squirrel, he leapt over her and landed against the tree, his claws digging into it, he looked at it and growled, he slid down and shook his head, glaring at it.

Dax crouched, ready to spring against the tree if it returned, he glanced over at her and shook his head.

Link found her self yet again asleep. Dreaming, randomly about Dax

Dax stood and trotted away quietly, he turned, looked at her one time and dissapeared into the trees.

when she woke up, it was night time. She sighed and looked at her bandana, it was still there. It made her feel better.

Dax went into his den and closed his eyes. The first image he saw when he did was Link, he blinked, it didn't go away. He sighed and fell asleep slowly, the image traveling through his dreams.

Link laid her head back down, she knew she should get going in the morning, she she was getting ready for that.
