Adia blushed and then looked up at her father and mother. "Dad? Did you see the faces on the hyenas when you came to rescue us?'' She asked.

Safari laughed. "Yeah, I guess they were scared out of their fur." he laughed. Kefir laughed along with Safari.

Adia laughed and rubbed up against her father then mother. "I love you mom and dad.'' She said while sqeauking happily like aa kitten.

Uzuri smiled and looked down at Adia and licked her and nudged her playfully on.

Kefir ran after them. He nudged Adia ahead of her parents and began to talk to her.

"Is living here hard?" he asked.

"No not really.'' ''Sometimes I feel left out because my father is usually busy.'' She whispered she then didn't see where she was walking and tripped on something that caused her to hit noses with Kefir.

"Uh..." Kefir gulped. He quickly backed away from Adia. He then looked at her.
"Atleast you still have a family." he said, sighing.

Adia blushed and backed up. "S... sorry about that.'' She whispered. "What do you mean? I thought you had a family?'' She whispered as the came closer to pride rock.

"I was born in a zoo." Kefir said sadly. "But I don't know why but my parents left me and my sister on the Pridelands border and then went away."

"Oh I'm sorry.'' She whispered. and hugged him.

"Thanks." he sighed, hugging her back.

"You're welcome.'' She said smiling as the entered the cave that was pride rock there was some room between her father and mother she walked towards them sleepily and laid down putting her head on her father's big red soft mane sh purred and fell asleep quickly.

Kefir walked over to the lioness he was living with. His sister was fast asleep by now. He lay down by her and put his head on his paws, quickly falling asleep.

(Can they be teens now?) Dawn began to show over the pride lands causing some sun to peak in a crack at the top inside the cave of pride rock. Adia opened her eyes and closed them as the sun beat down on her. She yawned and stretched it was going to be her first day of hunting and she was nervous and excited.

"I can see you're starting to get a mane now, Kefir." Kaliona chuckled. He looked at her. "Of course I've got one." he said. "I'm a teen now." "Really? 'Cause you look like a big ball of fluff." Kaliona said. She then ducked as Kefir crashed into her. The two siblings played till they both sat down, worn out. "Let's go." Kefir said. "We're gonna be late for Adia's first hunt."

Adia walked out of the cave and realized her mother and father were waiting for her at the end. She nodded to some lionesses and made her way towards her mother Uzuri and Uzuri gave her a nuzzle she then looked at her father. "Daddy? You have to promise to let me do this on my own. Promise?'' Adia asked.
