Really!?... Well, now that you mention it, this film filter does look like early 1990's work

I found the official site xD

http://www.dingo-pictures.de/en/balto-en.htm
Other info: http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/M ... goPictures
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dingo_Pictures

But I can't find a release date. I could be wrong, maybe it did come out after.

Well, just by watching that, it looks like cel animation... rather poor stuff at that. That would look a little older compared to the digital coloring and newer stuff used for Amblimation's film

It's kind of funny; with the popularity of parodies and the like (e.g. YouTube's "How It Should Have Ended" videos or whatever they're called) you'd think these would have a substantial fan base.

Stopped watching within 4 seconds.....the animation is like....some guy moving paper cutouts across the screen for characters, like those interactive pop up books with the sliders for animation. o_O

Just as a note, I didn't and refuse to watch it all. Reason 1: The animation is horrible. 2: I don't understand the language.

If you don't want to watch, you just need to see the best moment - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cmsyLXQ8Dk4
Quality is forrible, but this falling scene... Amazing *.*

XDDDDDDDDDDD IT IS AMAZING. I love it xDD It's so terrible, I love it xD

Uhhhh...alright? :?

I wouldn't say "fake" as much as much as i would just say a terrible other version of the film.
This film couldn't even relate to the 1995 film besides the fact that its title is called Balto

I used to thrive on movies like that when I was a kid - Reading Rainbow and whatnot. But now... yeah.

Let's see, i watched this crap like 6 seconds, i made a heroic effort to don't throw up, and loved the real Balto more than ever. *hugs his favorite movie*

I know I stopped watching right when the "seal" and "polar bear" started to talk. PS: polar bear looks like a rat.

Oh my gosh, I don't even have good animation software, and I could do better than that. Pitiful, pathetic... I can't think of a word low enough to say!

Okay, so at 20 seconds I was like "...Wut?" Then I skipped forward to 19 minutes and may I ask, "What kind of wolves run like that?! Please, I would love to know!"
This was torturous to watch....that bad, bad animation....
