My idea of how Boris found Balto:

Balto was, for some reason, abandoned by Aniu as a pup. Boris happened to find him.

As a matter of record, that matter was cleared up by Balto himself in Balto 2: Wolf Quest. When he is talking with Aleu midway through the movie, and she is angry with him after being told she is part wolf, he says:



He doesn't even learn her name until later in the movie, and that the white wolf named Aniu is, in fact, his mother. Before that, he only knew that she "...was as white as snow" (his words).

Thats kinda where I got the idea, but wasnt sure. I do question if Nava would be related to Balto in some way.

That wouldve been a better move.

They could have cut out every single song which the characters sing in the sequels, and I would have been tons happier.

There is little worse than the way animation studios all over the U.S. have turned animated movies into musicals. And it almost NEVER works. Ends up coming off totally inept and sappy. I can think of only a pitiful few exceptions where adding singing by the characters actually was either tolerable or even enjoyable. For me, the sequel to Fox and the Hound would be one (of a VERY few). But certainly neither of the Balto sequels. And I don't like even so much as a single song in them (which is sung by the characters anyway).

Dispicable Me didnt have any musicals.

You said studios all over the US, and Dispicable Me was made in a US studio.

Not only were we not warring, but it was a valid discussion. And I think there is nothing wrong with making sure the point is clear before moving on.

I said studios, Dogmatic...I made no mention of every single cartoon movie produced in the U.S. in recent years.
