"O-okay, but why are we running?" she asked, her paws moving faster to keep up with Kaden and the other wolf...a were, too? Gah, how many were there? "I'm Terra," she panted as she ran, the introduction directed at the female. Briefly, she wondered if that mysterious male was still following.

Miri ran swiftly. "Kaden!" She called as she went, panting in between her words. "Do you know this werewolf...um, Terra?" Stupid questions, she knew, and probably a little late as the female had already introduced herself. But she felt she just had to say something.
Of course, she could've just stopped. She knew she didn't have to follow Kaden to wherever it was he was going. Was he even going the same place that he'd mentioned earlier?
No, I guess not, Miri decided. But this was certainly interesting. She met two more werewolves in just one night, and she definitely wanted to know a little more about this Terra, and Kaden too, for that matter.

Diana heard voices and the footsteps of two other wolves. She could smell them now, they were running close to where she was laying. The voices and scents were both very familiar. She got up to investigate. She could smell the faint scent of a third wolf close by. Not paying attention to where she was going, Diana accidentally bumped into Terra.
"Oh!" she said as she fell back, onto the ground, "Im so terribly sor-" She looked at Terra and realized that there was defiantly something similar about this wolf.

"Diana?!" Terra asked, noting some similiar features. "Gosh, is everyone seceretly a werewolf or something? I swear, this is just way too many! No offense, but just five minutes ago, I thought I was like, the only one or something." Terra shook her head, surprised by the way this night had gone. And to think; it all started with a howl.
"There was this other wolf that I met too...I dunno if he kept up or not, but he could be a were, maybe." Next thing you know, everyone at school will start howling when the moon is out, she thought.

Miranda paused, glancing back and fourth between Terra, Diana, and occasionally Kaden. "Oh, a school? Is that how you all know each other? I didn't know werewolves went to public schools."
Being homeschooled for about seven years and then running off, Miri didn't know much about normal schools. Her mom had mentioned them occasionally, and Miri had wondered why she didn't attend one, why her mother decided to teach her instead. She's always assumed it was because she was a werewolf--which, of course, made her feel awkward--and was never really brave enough to ask. Or cared.

Kaden stopped as Terra got tripped over and knocked down by another wolf. Yet another? Why were they all finding each other now? Kaden could understand his own circumstances. He never was found by anyone or looked for other wolves because he was always hiding, trying to keep away from the moon's rays. But he guessed he couldn't have been that far in the dark because none of his friends from the school knew each other either.
Miri, he could only guess, had only gotten here recently by the looks of things. And to answer all their questions, and to add something in the mix, he said, "Okay, we were running because... well... it's hard for me to explain. Yes, I know her. I've seen her in school. And hold up a second, is that Diana?" He said, and felt his brain die. "Are you serious? How many of us in that school are there?" His mind was frying. His heart was racing. He could feel the change wanting to come. And he didn't want to be in the open when it happened.
OOC: Just a small question because I'm not sure... when they change back to their human forms, do they have the clothes they had on before? Or...?

Miranda glanced at the moon. I was incredibly low in the sky, and she could make out just a few cracks of light coming from the other direction. Dawn! Uh-oh. What would happen when they all shifted back?
Miranda looked around nervously. A wolf's perception and a human's were different. Weres could act different in human form, as well, not quite as bound by feral instincts; she knew that from her own transformations. So how would these ones all be?

Diana looked at Kaden, then at Terra. She was still a bit confused, but began to understand what was going on...well for the most part.
"Uhhh...Hi? Kaden? Errrmm...Terra? W-what the heck is going on?" she said standing up and shaking dirt from her coat.

The sun crested over the horizon, wiping away the darkness of the night. Thought she liked being a wolf a lot, she guessed that the others would probably morph with the sun now having risen. So she decided to as well.
Her fur disappeared, her muzzle shrank into a human nose and mouth. Her ears became more rounded, moving down to the side of her head. She soon stood as a human, rather than a wolf, crouching down on the forest floor. She straightened, quickly pulling her tangled hair back into a hasty ponytail.

As the sun came, Kaden immediately took his chance and used it. His shining black fur shriveled until it mainly only covered his head. His amber wolf eyes took on the form of his human self, making them seem almost a dark brown. Almost normal. He sighed with relief as he completely shifted and breathed deep breaths.
He got up slowly and flexed his shoulders. "Geez it feels nice to be back." He said with a small and quiet laugh. He turned to the others to see if they would turn too. He already saw Terra as her 'normal' self and it struck him once more just how amazing it was. He had met two people from his own school who had been just like him! All this time and he found out now? Why was that?
Oh well. What mattered was getting back to his place, he supposed. He didn't want to say why but the reason he had been in such a hurry to get back to the house was that he had a bad feeling... as if something was going to happen or someone would watch. It was stupid, but Kaden went by what he knew. And he knew he didn't feel something good coming.

Miranda shifted as well, feeling a cool breeze waft across her skin. How different it was to have skin than fur! But the coolness felt good. She'd traveled a long way, after all, from her northward home, where the weather, though not brutally cold, was notably cooler than the temperatures here had been so far. Not having such a thick pelt was indeed a relief.
She glanced around. Kaden and Terra had also already shifted. They looked relatively clean, with fairly straight clothes, neat hair, and probably washed bodies, unlike Miranda herself. Her short, black hair was messy as ever, her clothes dirty, wrinkled, and smelly--she'd soon need to find a river to wash them in--and her rough, calloused hands and feet caked in dirt and grime. How nasty she must appear to the others! But what could she say? Four years alone could have such effects on a person.
