Rosie's father smiled and rubbed Kenai's head. "You love that little pup, don't you Rosie?"

Jenna smiled. "We're about to go into the tent sweetie."

Rob chuckled. "Hello Tai," he said, petting the little dog, she wasn't exactly a pup anymore. "How are you today?"

Cachen nodded. "Lenatei sometimes lets us talk to her through her, that's fun."

Rosie nodded. "I really do, Dad! I hope you let me keep him." she said, giving her father a sad puppy-like face.

Derbin nodded, smiling wide. "Oh, I 'cited, Momma!"

Charlie(I think that was Lena's owner's name) smiled abd grunted lightly, hugging Lena lightly. "Oof- there's my girl!" he said, rubbing her head. "Are you going to see the show."

Tai barked, pointing toward the circus tent. She really wanted to go in.

Goldie nodded, her tail wagging hard and fast. "Did I ever tell you both your Grandmas are really pretty?"

Rosie's father smiled. "I think we can," he said. "But we'll need to ask your mother."

"Me too momma!" yelled Denali, chasing her tail cutely.

Jenna giggled. "We're all excited, this'll be fun."

Rob chuckled. "That's were I'm heading, Tai," he said, petting her.

Lena nodded with a happy little bark, liking this.

Rosie giggled, and cuddled Kenai. "I hope she'll say yes. Ask her Dad!" she said with another giggle.

Blaze laughed. "We never see circus Momma, we happy!" she said, her tail wagging.

Charlie chuckled. "Well, then we'll just have to go see it together won't we, Lena?" he asked, setting her down. "Oof. You're getting to be a big girl."

Tai giggled, and licked Rob's face again.

Kenai gave a happy bark of thanks, wagging his little tail.

Rosie's owner smiled. "I'm sure she will."

Jenna smiled. "Niether have I sweetheart," she said, then smiled at Rosie's father, happy at least one of her babies would remain with her.

Rob chuckled. "We'll have fun."

Lena blushed and barked happily.

Rosie giggled, thinking. "Maybe she'll let us keep all of then...?" she asked hopefully. She didn't want to give any of the pups away.

Blaze smiled. "I bet we have good time!" she said hopefully, eyes shining happily.

Charlie smiled, rubbing Lena's head. "When we get home, we'll go and lay on the couch, okay? We'll listen to the radio."

Tai nodded happily and barked.

"I'm sorry Rosie, but we can't," said her father. "They'll grow up and we can't afford so many dogs, and they're easier to give away as pups than grown ups."

Kenai whined, not wanting to lose his siblings, but understading to some degree why.

Jenna nodded as they went into the tent. "Ok, we're on our wway to the stands," she said, smiling. "Everyone be good."

"We be real good momma!" said Denali.

Lena gave a happy bark, wagging her tail. She loved doing that, it was so much fun having an owner.

Rob nodded. "Afterwards, want to come to my house for dinner?"

Rosie frowned, but she understood why they couldn't keep all the puppies. "Okay. But we'll make sure people who take then are good people, right?"

Blaze grinned. "We'll be real good, Momma!" she said as they headed for the stands.

Tai tipped and barked, nodding happily. She loved having time with Rob. Even if it was just eating.

Charlie chuckled, rubbing Lena's head. "Whoop! Looks like we're going in." he said, looking happy.

"Yes, I know we'll find really nice people for them," said Rosie's father. "Duke wants one, you know he's nice."

Jenna nodded, leading her puppies along side her owners. "This'll be fun though."

Rob nodded with a smile. "Good," he said, leading her in. "How are you doing little girl? Feeling well?"

Lena gave a happy little bark and followed him in. She looked up at her owner, he was so nice. She was really glad she had such a friendly, kindhearted human.

Rosie nodded. "Yea, he is nice. I'm sure he'd want one!" she said, smiling brightly.


Blaze nodded, sticking close to her mother as they entered the tent.


Tai nodded, wagging her tail as she followed Rob inside.


Charlie smiled down at Lena and patted her head. "I bet you're excited, aren't you?' he asked, knowing his dog was very energetic.

Kenai nodded, wagging his tail. Duke was much nicer now, he let the dogs keep the mail runs, he just transfered goods instead, since the mail dogs didn't need to. He hoped he'd get to fly in that plane someday.

Jenna smiled down at her children. "You're so adorable, you know that?"

Rob smiled. "This looks like it'll be fun."

Lena nodded with a happy bark as they entered the tent, which was huge.

Once everyone was seated, the lights turned on, focusing on the center ring and an explosion of blue smoke went off, Adrian emerging from it. "Hello one and all! I am Adrian, your master of ceromonies this evening!" he called. "Are you ready to enjoy yourselves?"

Everyone gasped in complete shock as Adrian appeared from the blue smoke. Over such a little trick, the crowd went wild. Rosie was in awe.

Katie leaned back, and Kodi was with her, staring at her in surprise. 

Charlie was applauding, wincing at the yelling and clapping around him. He rubbed Lena's head. "Let's just see what else this guy has in store for us."

Blaze and Derbin's jaws were slack. Blaze looked to her mother, shocked. "How he do that, Momma?!" she asked, gasping.

Jenna smiled. "It's a magic trick, babies, he's a magician."

"Now, please, hold the applause, for that is just the start!" called Adrian. He then cleared his throat. "Welcome to my world, one and all. In this world, magic is so very real. But I shouldn't continue to stall. Now this truth you can feel!" he sung, throwing his arms up and causing a huge explosion of smoke occured behind him, leaving a group of instraments that seemed to be playing all by itself. "You think that trick takes the cake? Well I'm just beginning this whole act! Don't tell me a parlor trick is all it'll take, to make you see magic as fact. My magical power is just beginning to unfurl! Let me welcome you to my world!" he sung, the beat and speed of the song picking up quickly.

"Now you see me now you don't!" he sung, vanishing into blue smoke again as a clown car drove up. But this much I promise is true! I can't take all credit, no I won't!" he sung, reappearing atop the clown car. "There is a truth I must tell. In this car are the real stars of this show! Now pay attention and listen well! And I'll tell you something you don't know!" he sung, openning the car to reveal a large number of dogs dressed in circus attire surged out. "Now the truth has come out! Before you had but a little taste. Now you know what we're all about! Under this tent I'm the only human face!" he sung, though the biggest spot light remained on him, making him the center of attention. "A circus like no other you've come to see! That much I promise to be true! Now enjoy, you've paid your fee! Would I lie to you?" he sung, the dogs doing tricks as they circled him. "Now this circus' truth has been unfurled! I welcome you to my world!" he sung, drawing out the last line as an explosion of fireworks went off behind him, forming wings, but if one looked really close they may look like devil wings as the song finished and the lights cut out completely.[/i]

OOC: I'm uncertain if that's a villain song or not....

OOC: I can imagine a really evil and yet charming voice singing this. It gave me chills. ^^


Each and every person couldn't help but marvel at the sight before them. Rosie especially. Adrian seemed to draw her in, and her body leaned forward, on the edge of her seat already!


Blaze looked from Adrian, to her mother. She continued this for a moment. "Those no look like tricks, Momma." she said.


Katie was watching closely, ears pinned back. She felt something funny about the man- then again, she always felt funny with humans she had never seen.

OOC: Yeah, me to. I was kind of thinking of the villain of Princess and the Frog when writing it. I could imagine them having a good deal in common.

Lena barked happily at the site. "Wow, that's awesome!"

Jenna smiled to her puppies and her human. "Well he might have real magic, can't be certain you know?" she asked, with everything they'd been through, it was hard to discount magic.

Adrian reappeared in the center ring, smiling as he shoaked up the applause. "Please direct your attention to the tightrope about the ring," he said, a light activating and showing a tightrope, a golden retriever standing at one end. "Please give her silence now, don't want any accidents."

Martha, the Golden Retriever, slowly began to tip toe her way across the tightrope with the upmost care.
