"Autumn, there's no need to stand up for me. I can do it myself. I've always perfered wolves. So Fall, tell me what you have against half-breeds and I might leave." Collie woofed.

Autumn nodded and stepped out from in between Fall and Collie, She watched Fall carefully to see what he would do. Autumns eyes kept flickering from Fall to Collie then back to Fall again. She looked at Lathia to see what she was doing.

Fall growled at Collie and said angrily "The only reason why you're still standing is because Autumn is standing in between us and I won't hurt her, so stop being cocky, mutt." He sighed and howled in pain. He said "Okay. Whatever. You want to know what my problem is? I'll tell you what my problem is. It's that your kind killed my parents for being full blooded. They didn't do anything to deserve to be murdered but they were because they were different. Ever since I've been on the move, defending myself since I was only 4 months old. That is barely old enough to play but I had to learn the hard way to do everything on my own without any help from anybody. That's why I hate half-breeds, Collie. I can't stand your kind, you included. Something in me is saying kill you but I'm barely controlling myself, so, please, stop."

Lathia watched, a bit edgey.

Collie looked saddened. "Oh my.... Fall, I'm so sorry." she licked the other wolf on the ear, hoping to be of some comfort. "If you had just told me from the start I would have left..." her ears were back some, and her tail between her legs, and she slowly backed off, then turned around and broke into a run.

Autumn sat there. She didn't know what to say. Fall had a good reason to hate half-breeds. Autumn thought, "If half breeds killed my parents i would hate them to..." Autumn looked at Fall, then back at Collie to see what she was going to do, Autumn watched Collie run off.

"Well, that was, um..." Lathia started, at a loss for words.

Autumn looked at Fall to see what he was going to do after Collie ran off, Autumn spotted another rabbit, a good excuse to leave the silence, Autumn bounded after the rabbit, she reached her paw out and flipped the rabbit over. Then bit into it's soft belly. Autumn layed down and happily started eating the rabbit.

"I'm... thirsty. I'm gonna go get something to drink." Lathia said, and bounded off to look for a river.

Collie sighed and lay down at the base of a tree. Looks like it was back to the life of a loner for her.

Autumn watched Lathia pad down to the river. Autumn stood up and padded back over to Fall and asked, "You ok? You seem awfully quiet..." Autumn sat down and looked at Fall, waiting for a reply

Fall looked down at Autumn and said "I'll be around for a little while, maybe a day or two. See you." He walked away.

Autumn nodded her head slightly and walked slowly back to the rabbit carcass, she began nibbling on it slightly, but there was nothing left except for bones. Her stomach growled. She whined a little but ignored it. Autumn stood up and trotted around, looking for a river or some source of water to drink from. Autumn stumbled across Collie. She walked up to her and asked, "Are you ok?"

Collie looked up at her. "Yeah, I'm fine." she said. She smiled and sat up. "I was just thinking."

Lathia chased her tail in circles.

"That's good i guess...Do you happen to know where water is?" "I'm really thirsty but i can't find a river, I can't even find a puddle..." Autumn looked at Collie hoping she would know where water is.

Collie smiled in a friendly way. "Sure! C'mon!" she spoke in a gentle voice. The brown half-breed stood up and shook her pelt before bounncing off towards water.

Autumn loped after Collie, thankful that she knew where water was.
