"Maybe you could introduce me to him, he sounds quite interesting," she replied.

"Sure, we'll leave Slick to his lady hunt." Zero said, turning and starting to head back to Ace.

Ace was still lying in his container when they got back. Upon seeing Zero and Sarah he got up.
"So Zero, who's your new friend?" he asked, somewhat amused.

"This is Sarah. Slick tried to pick her up, but she has somebody already." Zero said, sitting in front of the container his friend was in.

"Why, am I not surprised?" Ace said, "Anyway, Zero, I thought I tell you where we're going exactly, but first since you were kind enough to bring someone over here, I suppose I should introduce myself. Hello, miss, my name is Ace."
"Oh, hi," Sarah replied, "I'm Sarah, Zero was just telling me about you." she extended her paw.
"Oh, reallly? Well, it's nice to meet you." Ace shook it then sat back down, then turned toward Zero.
"Um, Zero, where's your other friend?"

"Slick? Left him. He's off lady hunting, not exactly helping me find friends." Zero replied. "He'll be back soon, hopefully smacked upside the head."

As soon as Zero said that there was a loud smack, then a crash, then a lady's voice could be heard screaming, "AND DON'T YOU EVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!" then Slick came running up and hid behind Zero, "Where were you man? You were supposed to be my backup, and you left me to get slapped around by a bunch of prissy showdogs." he panted.

"... And speak of the devil." Zero said, then turning to Slick. "You said we were gonna find friends. All you did was hit on 'prissy show dogs' and left me behind with one of the ones you tried. Not that there is anything wrong with that, but still doesn't change the fact." He replied, shrugging. "Let me guess, you want me to try and clean up after you?"

"Heh heh, well, it seems as though you did pretty good for yourself." Slick chuckled, glancing at Sarah, "Um, those girls probably won't ever come near me again, but there's plenty of fish in the pond."

"Never come near you? More like if you go near them they are gonna kill you." Zero said, laughing.

"mif murple mumble," Slick muttered under his breath, be cause he knew Zero was right. Then slinked away to his area.
"Well, I suppose I should tell you before anything else happens," Ace said, "Zero, we are going to Afghanistan. But first this plane stops in Virginia, Ryan already set us up there so don't worry, but I just thought you'd like to know."
Sarah looked over at Zero wide-eyed, "He's not kidding is he?"

"Not at all. He's taking me to see how wardogs live." Zero said, grinning as he wagged his tail.

"Wow, you sure do lead an interesting life," Sarah said, "I didn't think you wanted to be a soldier, or that you were going to train to be one."

Zero smiled. "Well it seems interesting and I know a wardog so I figured I'd try it."

"Well, I hope it works out for you, I heard it can be a dangerous business." replied Sarah.
" Zero, we've still got a few hours till we reach our destination, didn't you say you were still a bit sleepy?" Ace asked.
