It cant, however it could instill a bout of depression in an already afflicted individual

Well after I watched Balto for the first time last year I wouldn't say I felt depressed, I just couldn't stop thinking about it because I thought it was so dang awesome! lol! But I guess I was showing a little bit of depression symptoms, but it only happened when I was thinking about the movie. I guess it sort of has an effect where after you watch it you start thinking "Wow, that was incredible!" and you just can't shake how you feel about it :alien: I know it sounds weird, but try your best to understand it cause I can't explain it any better than that, lol!

Nope, what really caused me depression was being in love with pokemon: Lucario and the Mistery of Mew, me always being sad over Lucario's death at the end of the movie... Balto gave me a happy feeling

Balto? Depressing? No way, it's a feel-good movie. What's depressing is realizing how little credit the world has given it.

Caused depression for me, being an high level balto fan makes me really want to cuddle him, though knowing in this reality without something that can break it's rules it's impossible. :(

^ Being sad because you can't 'cuddle' with a cartoon dog does not in any way, shape, or form equal depression.

By the cartoon Balto, do you mean a plushie? If that's what you mean, then your 'dream' is incredibly limited to nothing but being slim. Balto 1 does not cause depression in any way. Really, guys, many of you who think that are probably reading a little too much into the track on the Balto Soundtrack, which is, entitled 'Depressed'

this might surprise you though, have you ever heard of multiverses, the concept where something in an different universe reacts differently there than it does here, I used to know an guy who claimed there were billions if not trillions, that gives plenty of room for animated ones.

Remember he's watching us from heaven
