Well, my absolute favorite scene is the White Wolf scene. Second favorite scene is kinda a tie. It's between the fight scene with the bear and the fight scene with Steele. (:

Others in my favorites include the avalanche, the ice bridge crack, the race at the beginning, when he runs into Jenna + Steele teasing him after, the boiler room scene and a few others ^^

Bear fight. Lovely. The bear is so realistic and not lies that two dogs can defeat a single bear. Also... It was very cool to see Jenna in action! xD

I like when Balto finds the team and the resulting fight. The reason being it shows the differences in their character so well. Balto is the peaceful one despite being having wolf blood while Steele has degraded into a feral and insane beast. The villainous breakdown is one of my favorite parts of most movies as it shows what kind of person the villain really is inside.

Definitely the white wolf scene, as most agree with. The animation, inspirational message, and music is outstanding. That scene is the most memorable scene from Balto to me.

First post here, but one of my absolute favorite scenes in the movie that I haven't seen mentioned yet is the scene where;

Rosy's parents convince the Doctor to allow Jenna inside the clinic, citing her companionship as "the only medicine they have left".

Jenna walks over to Rosy, is greeted by her with a smile, and then Rosy passes out/goes back to sleep. Jenna then sadly lays her head on Rosy.

One of the most touching moments of the film I thought, and I felt that both that scene and the following scene with the coffins really drove the
point home how serious and affecting the illness was.

just the howls and facial expressions are enough to make it mezmorizing
