Crash lit up, and ran ahead of Alli and Delilah.

Shadow stood in front of not two dogs, but six. He saw two under an awning, the two golden retrievers, a black german shepherd who apparnetly went by the name of Shy, and another dog that smelled like humans. It began to make him wary. "Stay back," he told everyone,quietly but firmly. "This one's a police dog." He glared at Jasper with an almost dead expresssion.

Ooc:// Disater - Sorry I didn't reply, I've been traveling the last few days and forget to tell anyone. But I'm back now!

Bic:// Karma tried not to shiver as she answered the dog. "No, it's okay. I didn't realize anyone was here already." She glanced behind herself, debating going somewhere else to look for shelter, but the large dog called out to two golden retrievers before Karma had the chance. She figured staying in a semi-large group would be her best bet for a dry place to stay the night, so she stayed sitted in front of the awning.

Buck heard a few voiced from down an alley. He had tried to stick to the back streets to stay away from town dogs, and he was about to continue on when he heard a warning bark to stay away from a police dog come from the alley. "Lets head down this way," he said to Max. "In a storm like this, we stray dogs need to stick together." He didn't wait for a reply from the pup before troting down the alley faster than he was moving before.

Max struggled to keep up with Buck's new pace. "Wait up," he said in a high, puppyish voice before tripping into a deep puddle. He didn't have time to pick himself up before he felt Buck pick him up by the scruff of his neck. "Thank you," he said sweetly.

Buck nodded gently in reply to the pup as he continued to head towards the dogs. The first ones he came to were two female golden retreivers. But not to far away was a group of four or five dogs, and three more near an awning. And just inside the alley was the police dog he had been warned about. He set Max down on the ground and looked around at the new dogs, some of which he had seen around the streets before. "So what are we all doing here?" he asked the group in general.

Jasper growled at Shadow. "Why can you not accept police dogs huh?" he asked Shadow as his fur started to brisl on his back. He hated dogs that couldn't accapt him for having a human

Delilah's smile now seemed to be warmer and friendlier than before. "It's no problem. And my name's Delilah. What are yours?" she said looking from Shaya to Niya.

Ooc: Okay, are we all together in one place. All of the charries. Cause I'm kind of confused where everybody is in this right now. I just want some clarification with some of the other rpers before I assume anything. Thanks.

OOC: yes all the charries are in the same place ;]

Delilah dipped her head in reply. Having known Shadow, she was used to silent gestures.

Shadow turned towards Niya and immediatley recognized that she was mute.

((Taz is the only one not with the others. Like I said, he's tied up in his owner's back yard.))

OOC: Yups, except for Taz, they all are...
"May i come too?" Shy asked Delilah, cocking her head, "I was kicked out of my master's kennels a long time ago... my markings aren't perfect, and niether is my pose," he said, "I'm suppossed to be one of the more perfect dogs," she said.

Ooc:// Yeah, I think everyone's together. 'Cept Taz.

Bic:// Max trotted up to Shaya and Niya and Delilah, sensing how friendly they were. Unconsciously, he just needed some females to act a little motherly toward him since he had been without his own mother for so long. It's not like he wasn't grateful for Buck to stay with him, but Buck wasn't the affectionate type. "Hello," he greeted. "My name's Max. That's Buck over there. Me and him are like brothers."

Buck was distracted with the fight between a large dog and a police dog, but he soon noticed Max wasn't coweing behind his leg anymore. He glanced around to found that the pup and made his way into the center of the group. Buck hesitated, but followed after the pup, coming up beside either Shaya or Niya. He hadn't paid enough attention to know which one was which. He cleared his throat as Max introduced himself and Buck. Buck felt the need to say something, but noy sure what. "Um, yes. The name's Buck. We were just passing through on our search for shelter. But there is obviously known here."

Karma looked around as dogs began coming together and joining groups. She took a step back, not wanting to be left behind alone, but also scared to death of some of the unfamiliar faces. She made her way to the friendliest group, which she heard consisted of Shaya, Niya, Delilah, Shy, and Max. Just as she came beside Delilah and shy, Buck joined the group to. She thought it only polite to also introduce heself. "Um, my name is Karma."

Ooc: Thanks, you all know what they say about when we assume ;]

Rocco couldn't help himself but laugh a little bit. "Jeeze, you all are freaking out over nothing more than a midnight thunderstorm. It'll be over in an hour or so. You all just have to calm down a little bit. It's not like the world is coming to an end right now." Rocco said quite snobbishly getting adgitated from the slight panic that seemed to run through the group over a stupid thunder storm.

Storm glanced up at Rocco and growled lowley under his breath. "Shutup" he snapped at him, he said it only loud enough for Rocco to hear.

Rocco curled his lip up at Storm with disgust at him for snapping.

Storm ignored him, didn't even glance over in Rocco's direction. "So whatta ya say about trying to find a dry place to spend the night. Since we all seem to be having a rough night tonight?" Storm suggested to the group hoping to get some calmness out of them.

Jasper looked at him hard. "Doesnt mean I am the one thathelps him. My mother was a stray andmy father was a farm dog." he said then looked over to the other dogs. Lighting hit the skys winds started to pick up. Jasper looked at Rocco " My master says other wise."

Flora saw the stormshe had just ran away from the farm. She didn't know what to expect she started to run as she heard Thunder she ran straight into Shadow and fell.
