Bruce warned,"I said hide! I need to get them off my tail!" He was still trying to tire out the humans.

Bruce rolled his eyes. "Cause they'll see me!"

Calypso came out from under the truck. Little did the other two dogs know that she had quietly followed the truck. Now she was going to go completely out of character, just to save her friends, which ultimately was her character after all. She suddenly jumped in front of the human, showing her teeth. She grabbed onto the man's jean cuff, ripping it and snarling.

Calypso shouted muffled words. "Don't worrya bout me! I'll be fine!" But she was wrong. As Bruce and Diablo seeemed to get further and further away from her, the dog catchers were getting their breaths back. The woman came behind Calypso and put the loop around her neck. She squirmed, but after a minute stopped, because she had a plan.

Calyspo growled as Diablo came near, something that would've never been expected of her. "No! Go away! Run! I can handle this."

Calypso suddenly became angry, an emotion she rarely ever experienced. She ignored Diablo's command, just as he had done to her. She jumped on the catcher that Diablo had a hold of and knocked him down, trying to get Diablo's grip unsteady.

Calypso's anger suddenly faded as Diablo yelled at her. She got off the human, her tail tucked between her legs, and she ran away. She was soon out of sight, running in a different direction than Bruce had gone.

Calypso looked back and saw that Diablo was catching up to her. "No..." she said to herself and tried to run faster. She used her border collie legs to carry her as fast as she could possibly go, not wanting Diablo to catch up to her. She wasn't sure why, but it was due to her feelings flunctuating so much. She wasn't exactly sure what to do, so she just kept running.
