"Otter-penguin?" Gale said, walking into the cabin after his twin, with a confused expression on his face. Maddy, in front of him, shrugged, not having any more knowledge about it than he did. Tess ran ahead of her siblings, longing to catch up with Misaki.

Kuilak followed the children into the wood cabin. "Don't get yourselves any splinters!" He warned as he trotted to catch up.
Setsuko shook her head slowly as she watched her family go in. She still wasn't sure what had happened to the cabin, but perhaps it was magic. After all, this was Ayumu's world...so she assumed...and anything could happen in a land controlled by dreams from countless realms. "Almost just like old times, isn't it?" She said to Rue. Li stirred as she spoke, staring up at his mother with wide, innocent eyes. Li's eyes were an unusual shade of deep, dark blue...quite similar to Kuilak's, just slightly different.

Rue nodded. "Yeah, it is." There was a pause. "I can't believe I forgot you, and all that had happened," she said softly.

"Well," Reasoned Setsuko, "Think about it. This is a dream world, and we're form two very different worlds ourselves. It was probably pretty easy for this to have felt just a dream on it's own, let alone the thoughts of how we seemed to be unbelievable to each other. Remember that?" Setsuko shifted as Li reached for her face, his small hands instead grabbing a tuft of her long, beige hair.

Rue nodded once again. "I remember." A smile touched her face as LI's small hands grabbed Setsuko's hair. It seemed Tess had been that small not to long ago. She blinked, pulling herself out of her small memory of the past.

Setsuko smiled warmly as Li tugged at her hair, gently removing his hand with her own. She repositioned him so that he wouldn't be able to grab his hair as easily. "So I see you have a new family now," Setsuko said, side-glancing at Rue as she handled Li. "How many are there? I didn't have time to count."

"Only three. How many do you have?" Rue asked. There had to be atleast five, but with all the events falling into place, she had, like Setsuko, been unable to count.

Setsuko laughed lightly. "I have six," She answered. "A bit hard to take care of them all, but it makes up for not having any siblings when I was younger."

So her guess hadn't been that far off. Rue grinned at Setsuko's sibling comment, then gestured to the much larger cabin. "Should we go in?" she asked.

Kuilak called out before Setsuko had a chance to answer. "Setsuko! I need some help in here!" Setsuko turned to Rue. "I guess that's a yes, then," She replied teasingly before walking into the enlarged cabin.

Rue followed. When she walked in, the first thing she noticed was Maddy, held back by Tariq, obviously just having fought withh Gale. A small sigh escaped her lips. That was just like home.

"Mama, Sumi tripped me!" Misaki complained as Setsuko entered the cabin. "I did not!" Sumi replied hotly. "I just accidentally bumped into her!" Setsuko shook her head slowly. Natsumi was almost just like Kuilak had been when he was younger. "Nuh-uh!" Misaki countered, "You did it on purpose!" "Ok, knock it off," Setsuko ordered sternly, raising her voice. Her children fell silent. "Calm down," She said more gently. "We're gonna be here for a while, and we certainly are not going to start off by fighting!" She was speaking to Sumi and Misaki, but she gazed at all the children as she spoke. Misaki sighed. "Ohhhh kayyyy," She agreed. Sumi rolled his eyes and blew a tuft of hair out of his face. Sumi's hair was a beige color like Setsuko's, but had the same thick, shiny quality to it as Kuilak's did, a large contrast to Setsuko's thin, flowy strands. And his eyes...his eyes were a spectacular shade of silver-gray...just like his grandfather's.

A smile once again tugged at Rue's lips, and she went over to stand by Tariq, who placed a hand on her bac. His touch still sent pleasant shivers up her spine. She looked up at him, and he smiled at her, the raised voices in the background making him feel more at home. Rue could tell he was still unfamiliar with this, and wary of what lay ahead. She placed a hand on his arm gently.

Yuumi crawled around the cabin. Kuilak seemed to noticed quickly that the toddler's hands were bare and his shoes had fallen off. "Oh, no, Yuumi, you'll get splinters!" He complained, but Jaci was already on it. He trotted over to Yuumi, grabbing him by the back of his shirt. Jaci lifted him--he did this often with Li, though in this case it was a bit difficult since Yuumi was much bigger than his infant brother--and carried him over to his father. Setsuko giggled affectionately at Kuilak's look of frustration. She took the baby-pouch from him and strapped Li into it so that her hand were free. "All right, Rue," She said, "Let's see if we can find those blankets.."

Rue nodded, breaking away from Tariq. Her brown eyes quickly scanned the cabin, then flashed as she saw a cloth heap in one corner. As the cabin had grown, the number of blankets must have too, because there were many more than there had been before. "Found 'em," Rue announced, her voice slightly muffled, since she had picked up the large pile, forcing herself to speak through a thick mouthful of cloth.
