David exited the building, followed closely by Quincy. Quincy trotted after him at a comfortable pace, enjoying the wind in his face. Running was always a joy to him.

David tasted the air, searching for a scent. "Anywhere, providing we can find dogs,"

"Okay. Lets look over there." Michael said pointing north.

"Good idea," Said David. "I'm pretty sure I smelled something that way."
Quincy sniffed the air to confirm David's claim. Sure enough, he was quite sure he could smell more dogs in that direction. "Alright then, let's go!" And he bounded off.
Meanwhile, back at the sled, Karen sat down. "I wonder where Quincy and Micheal are now," She murmured, thinking aloud.

"Probably finding more dogs. I hope they don't bring too many!" Ryan smiled.

"Yeah, that's a good point! Quincy's can see if a dog's a good runner, but heck, he's a softie! If any old dog asks nicely, Quincy'll probably take them along!"

"That's good. Micheal can see if a dog is good at teamwork. He can tell by their attitude." Ryan said.

Quincy raced ahead of the David and Michael, following his nose. Surely there would be another dog soon...Sure enough, he met up with one.

Quincy sniffed the other dog curiously. The dog was female, he could tell, but what kind? It wasn't a husky, or a malamute, that was obvious by the look. Quincy cocked his head, trying to decipher to breed. Then it came to him...a Chinook. Strange...they aren't too common. "How'd you get here?" He inquired.
