Nisha went back over to Choker. "He....he didnt really tell me much about it, but he was always beaten by his family. He kind of found me too. I was fighting his pack, because they were trying to make me apart of it and I refused, so Talon acutally stepped in and was like a shadow...it was rather amazing. Hes a quick and silent killer, and he wanted to leave that pack so I told him he could come back with me."

Nika looked up, now Kafa, Nika's foster mother, stood next to her foster father, Metal."Yes, he can come." Kafa picked him up and carried him into the den at the far side of the territory where they stayed unlike most of the pack who stayed near the Alpha's den.Kafa and Metal were secluded from almost all pack activities and barley anyone really knew where they even lived since they were often forgoten about and they liked it that way.Nika was dropped on the ground of the make shift den made of multiple large crates piled together and tarps but it was always steady and firm.Nika skidded onthe hard flooring that gave her splinters, "Kafa, put the guest in the room." Kafa nodded and put the pup in the crate next to theirs and put the heazy drape over the opening.Nika was shrunk and squeezed into the corner, trying to make her parents not notice her.But the intense pain of hunger stabbed at her stomach like a knife as she watched them eat the four medium sized piles of meat, but putting the third one in the second crate with Talon in it."Papa, may I have a peice please?" She whispered weakly, her ears back as he snarled and dropped his meal and looked at her, his cold silver eyes cutting her."You want food?Well maybe some other dogs want food to!Like us!" She shrunk back as he got in her face "Papa, I'm sorry I asked." She looked down and she felt a pain in her head as the ground dissapeared.Her bodie hit the wall and she bit her tongue, holding in the yelp and the tears.Standing up shakily, she tried to take a step forward and snarl but he threw his paw at her again and she flew at the wall to land limply on the ground.
[Oh, one thing to add here, don't forget the whole 'No super dogs' rule, thats why Nika can't really fight back to Metal and Kafa, because she is only a pup and so is Talon so no Talon fighting off the two dogs lolz.Just reminding you guys ]

Talon watched, his insides screaming to help...but he couldnt do anything..he knew what it was like to be beaten by your family...and foster family. He muttered a quiet and polite thank you to Kafa and Metal, he bent down and started eating when there was only a little bit left he quietly pulled a bored loose and put some of the meat in there. He went back to licking the last few scraps up and looked at Kafa and Metal, he knew how to stay on an abusive wolf's good sides. "Parden me Sir, and ma'm...is there anything you would like me to do?" He kept his head, ears, and eyes lowerd.

Nika looked at Talon weakly then back at her paws, ashamed.Metal snarled at the interuption and went to extend his paw but Nika stood infront of Talon "Stop..He did nothing.I should be punished Papa, not him." Metal snarled at Nika and nodded "Fine, you want to be punished to save this pup then fine!" He slapped her agai, this time his sharpened claws raked across her face as she fell into the wall near the meat, Metal and Kafa walked out of the crate "We'll be back." He murmmered as the two walked off, leaving Nika shaken and in pain.A large scar ran across her right eye lid and her cheek, bubbled of blood rising from the wound.

Talon stood there, his eyes wide. When Kafa and Metal left he turned to Nika. "You should have let them claw me." he muttered, he looked at her. His cold exterior covered his face as he kept looking at her. "If you get a chance to sneak away come wake me." He turned and walked back to the crate he was staying in. Curlerd up in the corner and let his back face the world.

Nisha was unaware of all of this as she grabbed something to eat, layed down and enjoyed it. Its great to be home. she thought

Nika looked at him and sighed heavily, her tail low."How could I?" She whispered as she watched him walk off.Shaking her head she walked outside an dlooked around, no one was inside and she was sure Talon was asleep.

Her voice rang out and echoed in the alley, she felt a tear run down her face as she sang the song that felt so meaningfull to her.

Talon stood up, the voice of Nika and the smell of tears. He silently padded out so Nika wouldnt hear him. He jumped onto the top of the crate without making the thud that most dogs do. He looked down at her, knowing what it was like to feel that pain he let his own voice carry.

Nika's green eyes sparkled in the moon light as she gazed upon him.Smiling she nuzzled him and smiled "Thank you Talon.." Was all she could manage to say.

Talon was suprised by Nika's sudden affection and he went stiff. No one had ever touched him in a kind way and it made him want to whimper like a new born pup. So he nodded and got the hidden meat, dropped it at her feet and then dissapeard back into his crate. His heart was beating faster then normal and he didnt know why.

Nika sighed sorrofully as he walked off, had she done something wrong?Her black coat ruffled in the cold breeze of the night, the most dangerous times in the city.She looked at the meat and ate it very slowly, taking small bites so her stomach would think she was full."I'm taking a walk.Now." She muttered to Talon from outside, half hoping he would hear.She trotted off into the alley, eerie sounds came from all around her but she pressed onwards, farther into the unknown streets that none of the dogs of Leathal have ever been into.She walked around, she often to strolls around the dangerous city streets of the unknown for thinking time.

Talon sat with his back to the world again. Nika's words reminded him of what had happend when she had taken the hit from Metal as he had tried to him. He layed down with a heavy thud and closed his eyes, he didnt want those demon dogs to come back.

A familiar voice said as shadows of tall and muscled dogs."Whats that noise?" Another familar voice asked the other.Nika, alarmed, ran under a nearby crate.A stocky mastiff male came out, the two german shepherds following behind."It must be no one."
