Im Ready! (Just had to sleep xD Im in a different Timezone)

We'll start right before they get bombed. Everyone make 1 post then we can go willy-nilly. (I didn't just type that, did I? XD)

Maya woke up, sunlight filtering through the dusty window located in her room. SHe opened her eyes groggily, brushing back a lock of tangled, dirty-blonde hair. Her hazel eyes stared around the room, her heart still gicing a small pang of sadness when she saw how dirty it was. No one was there to clean it, as her parents used to do. She slid out of bed, the wooden boards cool and worn against her bare feet. She took off her PJ's, pulling on som e random jeans and a T-shirt, running her fingers through her hair. She wasn't in the mood to get anymore ready than that. SHe opened her bedroom door quietly, stepping out into the hall.

Fletcher awoke to the sound of... absolutely nothing. Which was strange because there were usually his parents or his alarm clock (which his parents used to set) to wake him up. He flattened down his ruffled, messy brown hair as his green eyes fluttered open unevenly. he plopped face-down into the pillow and groaned before throwing the covers off and going to get a shirt on.

Ooc:// Beofre I post with Carlee, do all the siblings live in the same house? When I get an answer I will post with her.

Carlee's dark hair was all in her face when she heard Lark's alarm go off. She used to hate having his room near hers, but now, the sound of the alarm in the morning let her know that she wasn't alone. Her ragged and torn slippers lay beside her bed, and she slipped her dainty feet into them. Carlee flung the hair out of her face and rubbed her eyes, walking out of her room. "Morning, everyone." she never said 'Good' morning anymore. It was never good after their mom and dad left, leaving them to take care of themselves.

Pippa Mumnled quietly to herself. She looked so Small when She was in her too big Teddy pajamas, Formerly Mayas, and curled on her bed. The 7-yr olds hair fell messily over her face as she sat up and rubbed her eyes. She padded out onto the landing and saw her sister "Morning maya" she yawned. The sleepy child rubbed her eyes again and smiled slightly.

Ooc:// When do the random kids meet the siblings?

Ooc:// A bit later on...they could have already known em or something, and come to their house. Or just stall with them until after the bomb, which is when they'll meet.

Maya inspected the pantry, finsing only a little bit of dry cereal. "Cheers," she said, taking it out. SHe flashed a grin, her hazel eyes lighting up as she did so slightly. She took out a handful, then passed it to Pippa.

Pippa Took out a handful, Then sighed wehn she saw already how little was left "I Could go scavenging agaiN" she sufgested. she Liked being able to help her siblings that way, Even if she wasnt big enough to do anything else. She picked at the dry cereal and sighed ramataiccly "Anything to save us from Dry cereal again. Even Larks cooking would be betetr than this"
