"Only tiny." said Kodi, smiling. "You look like grandpa must've as a puppy."
Cachen wagged his little tail. "I happy bout that!" he said, he spotted his tail and started chasing it.
Jenna nodded. "Yes deary, I'm fine." she said, licking her granddaughter back. She loved pups, even if they weren't her's.
Lena yelpped and fell back on a stick, which shot up and hit Kai on the rear.
Tina smiled, looking suprised. "That's great! Whose the lucky mother and how many pups?"

Katie laughed softly, leaning against Kodi. "They're so cute."
Tai giggled and toppled over, laying on her back cutely.
Kai yelped loudly as the stick hit him. He whimpered and began to cry.
Balto smiled. "Four healthy pups," he siad, sitting down. "with a young wolf. Her name is Katie."

Cachen spun around till he got dizzy and fell down. "Why everything spinning?" he asked dizzily.
Kodi heard Kai cry and went over. "What's wrong Kai?" he asked, concerned, he curled up around his pup and licked his face. "Tell daddy what's wrong."
Lenna whined, afraid she'd get in trouble.
Jenna giggled and laid down with the little puppy. "You're cute."
Tina smiled. "That's so cool! They must be adorable! Can I see them?"

Katie giggled, licking her pup's face softly. "Because you were spinning." she said.
Kai sobbed softly, taking the pain over-dramatically, like any pup would. "L-lena fell down...and and a stick hit me!" he sobbed, rubbing his eyes. "It-it was a acident..."
Tai giggled, wagging her little tail rapidly. "Gramma cute too!" she said, laughing.
Balto smirked, sitting down slowly. "First you need to tell me something-who are you? You don't seem to be from around here. I know where you were-but why are you here? It's not like you go from New York to Nome in a heartbeat..." he said, knowing something was up. "Tell me what's going on."

Cachen nodded. "Where grandpa?" he asked, wondering where Balto was, Jenna was here and Balto normally wasn't far behind.
Lena whined. "I sorry papa." she said, whineing.
"It's ok Lena." said Kodi, licking the little pup. He then looked at little Kai. He licked his forehead. "Its ok, you're ok." he said, smiling, looking over the pup. "You're not bleeding, you look fine."
"I don't know, honestly." said Tina, and in truth, she didn't. Her memory was still a little fried. "My memory is messed up right now."

Katie blinked, thinking. "You know, I don't know." she looked to her mother in law. "Jenna, where is Balto? If you check up on the pups, you and he are usually not far from one another."
Kai got up, walking over to Lena. He licked her cheek to tell her it was okay.
Balto nodded. With a sigh he stood up, going to the door of the boiler room. "Perhaps a walk will jog you're memory then." he said. He truly trusted this girl, she seemed sweet enough...and even smelled like his family.

Jenna shrugged. "I don't know, I was worried about the pups, storms can be so scary for little pups, you know?" she asked. "I was just really worried for them."
Cachen smiled. "That's sweet grandma!" he said, cuddling close to his mother while smiling to his grandparent.
"I sorry Kai." said Lena, concerned.
"Can I see your grandchildren? I love pups so much." said Tina. "They're so cute!"

Katie smiled warmly. "I am glad my children have at least one set of Grandparents to care about them so..." her smile hid her pain, and the last memories of her Father. Wolves from her pack had reported to her that he had been shot and killed by a hunter.
Tai smiled, rolling over and snuggling with her grandmother.
Kai snuggled his sister. "It okay Lena." he said "I love you."
Balto smiled lightly. "That's where the walk ends." he said, winking. He opened the door, holding it for Tina.

Jenna giggled and nuzzled Tai. "Did you sleep well little one?" she asked, smiling warmly.
"I wish we meet other grandpa." said Cachen, looking down with a whine.
Kodi curled around both pups and nuzzled them. "And I love you both."
Tina trotted over. "Ok, lets go." she said, smiling. "I can't wait to see them...what are their names?" she asked, waiting for him to lead the way.

Tai yawned softly, nodding. "Uh-huh, Gramma!" she said happily, smiling brightly.
Katie smiled, pressing her nose to Cachen's "My family, your family is all around you, always little one." she said, reaching out to her wolfen soul. "You will feel them when you are older and stronger, little north star."
Kai laughed, surprised at the nuzzle. he licked his Father's cheek softly.
Balto smiled, leading the way. "Two girls- Lena and Tai. And boys- Cachen and Kai." he said, proud of his little Grandchildren.

OOC: Do they know Cachen is hemophobic yet?
Cachen cocked his head, clearly confused.
Jenna smiled. "What dreams did you have?"
Lena licked his cheek too, smiling.
"You're both wonderful pups, so are Tai and Cachen." said Kodi, smiling.
Tina nodded. "What are they like?" she asked. "Their names are wonderful, I'm sure they're just as wonderful."

OOC: It's around this age they find out.
Katie giggled. "You will understand when you're older, my north star." she said and licked his nose.
Tai giggled. "I dream 'bout everything being green!" she said, as she had dreamed about the Spring. Spring was another thing they had not yet underwent.
Kai laughed again. "You good Papa!"
Balto chuckled lightly. "They're all so different from one another. Cachen loves his Mother and Tai loves her Father. Lena and Kai are always by each other." he smiled wider. "Kodi was kind, letting his mate name them after her parents."

OOC: I think you sad they brought him fresh meat, probably the first time, and he got really sick.
Cachen nodded. "I don't understand lots of stuff, I just a baby." he said, licking her back. "But I learn from momma and papa, right?"
"What do you mean little one?" asked Jenna. "You mean like the trees, ground and stuff like that?"
"Yeah, you nice papa." said Lena, smiling.
Kodi chuckled, smiling. "I'm just being the best father I can, same as your momma."
Tina nodded. "That is nice." she said. "How old are they? You said they were just born recently so they can't be very old at all."

OOC: Yes, that's right.
Katie nodded, smiling. she laid down by her pup. "Yes, you learn from Momma and Poppa." she said, licking his face. "Just like when you're older, Momma will teach you to hunt." she said, honestly wanting her children to know to fend for themselves.
Tai nodded, her tail wagging rapidly. "Jus' like that, Gramma!!!"
Kai put on a look of deep thought, as if evaluating his Father. It was hysterically cute. "You doin' good job, poppa." he said with a little smile.
Balto thought, before smiling wide. "About three or four weeks old I'd say." he said.

Cachen cocked his head again. "What hunting mean?" he asked, they were about ready to start eating solid food but they hadn't seen solid meat yet. And explaining to a pup that they had to kill animals for food wasn't the easiest thing to do.
Jenna smiled. "You were dreaming about spring, its not something you've seen yet in real life little one." she said. "In spring, the trees have leafs and there's no snow, grass instead, and many baby animals are born."
Kodi chuckled. "That's nice." he said. "I just wish I'd explained what a skunk was before you got sprayed first time out of the den."
Lena blushed. "Sorry..."
Tina smiled. "Awe, that's really cute!"
