Ralph walks home.

"Yes why?" Kodi asked.

"Do you think it could work?"Dusty finally managed to say after being nervous for sometime. "I mean, I shouldn't be treated the way Ralph has lately,"She almost felt like crying while looking away from his curious gaze

Kodi nuzzled her and said "I'll make it work. I won't cheat Dusty, I've loved you since we met."

Dusty felt her heart thump as she looks up at him."A-Are you sure?"She neversouly asked.

"Yes, I'm sure." Kodi said nuzzling her.

Dusty took a second to think before nuzzling him back. "Thanks for understanding and caring,"She said smiling.

Night now turns to dawn as Aleu decides to go meet Ralph a bit early before they start the mail run.But along the way to Ralph's house, Aleu sees a brown/tan wolf dog just walking down the empy streets of Nome, looking for food.

'Aw crap,what is dad doing up so early!?'Aleu thought as she knew it was going to be too late to hide.

"Anytime, so do you want to be my girlfriend?" Kodi asked.

Ralph sat at the old mill and said "Where is she?"

Balto sniffs the air, catching Aleu;s scent. He faces the direction where Aleu stood staring at him.
"Aleu, itt's been awhile since I last saw you!"Balto's face beams before going up to him nuzzling her.

"I-I just don't know about being your girlfriend yet but how about one date to see where we end up?"Dusty offers feeling a bit nervous.

Ralph sighs and lays down.

"Ok, its what you want. I come last." Kodi said. "So where should we go for our date?" He asked.

"You suprise me tomorrow night, got it?"Dusty told him before they met up at the boiler room.

"Ok." Kodi said. Than he got hooked up to the sled.

Ralph whined as he got hooked up. "Aleu said she would meet me." He thought.

"Well maybe if you haven't cheated on me, then maybe we would still be together!"Dusty complains while gettting tired next to Kirby since Kodi became the team leader.

"Papa, what are you doing here so early?"Aleu asked him.
"I was going to go fising this morning like I usually do for breakfast if I can't steal meat from humans."Balto replies as he yawns a bit before he returns to fishing.
"Why don't you come with me?"Balto offers as Aleu looks annoyed.

(After the run)

Kodi was panting and said "Dusty I have something to show you." After he got unhooked he waited for her too.

Ralph ran over to Aleu and said "Hey Aleu, Hey Balto."

"Aleu, why are you hanging out with Kodi and his friends?"Balto asked, knowing that Aleu hates huskies now since she found out that she could never be one.

"I-I-I uh...he is my best friend."Aleu lied looking at Ralph.

Dusty just glared at both of them.

(we should do a flashback of how Aleu met Ralph)

Ralph was walking along the streets of Nome.
