Serena heard more people talking and murmuring. She opened her mouth to speak but began to choke on the snow. Dessperately, Serena tried to thrash around in the snow and managed to clear some of the snow off of her right hand. She then began to pull the snow off her face and managed to free her face. She coughed a couple more times before she continued to move the snow off of her.

Marie looked up at the blond haired girl coming towards her. She glanced once more at Sam before turning her attention to this girl (Paige). "Yeah, I think I'm fine." Now that she wasn't buried in freezing cold snow, the feeling started to return to her flesh. Marie felt something warm on the side of her head. She swept a small drop of blood on her finger, shrugging at it when she brough it to her face. "Not that much blood," she said off-handedly. "I think I'll be just fine." The cut right above her ear wouldn't be much of a problem except if it got infected. Marie started digging herself out of the snow, pulling herself up out of the pile, revealing her blood soaked shirt. She was so numb from the cold she didn't feel the large gash in her side from a branch during the avalanche.

Sam's smile faded slightly as a less than friendly voice called to him. "Sam," he said coldy, using the wall to help him stand up. Other than his sore muscles, and the terrible stomach ache he had already dealt, Sam had gotten away with nothing but a small scratch on his left arm. He glanced at it, but it wasn't even bleeding anymore. He took a step towards the black haired girl. "Who are you? And how'd we get here? Thought we were supposed to be learning to ski today, not survive an avalanche."

Phoebe shrugged as she found her questions being ignored, and got up, brushing a little extra snow off herself. She heard a couple more voices, and gingerly put he leg on the ground, wanting to go over and investigate. On her first step she limped, but after that she determinedly walked as if nothing was wrong with her leg.
She found another girl with the girl who was called - if she remembered right - Marie.

She also heard a boy tell the girls sister - Paige, was it? - that his name was Sam. He didn't sound very happy.
That thought almost made her laugh as she thought about where she was.

She heard Sam repeating some of her own questions. As she approached from behind Paige, getting closer to hear the answers, she quietly grumbled to herself something like "that's what I'd like to know, if anyone would answer."
Answering the questions for Paige, Phoebe said "She's Paige; I have no idea; and I don't think an avalanche was exactly on the agenda."

Constance noticed how this boy- Sam?- answered her so coldly. Not that it was a surprise, after all. "Nobody's really sure how we got here." Constance informed him. "My sister dragged me to this place to learn how to ski, but now I'm thinking twice about listening to her begging ever again. I'm Constance by the way. My sister is Paige."

Paige saw the girl (Marie) slowly get up and brush the snow off of herself. Paige laid eyes on her blood soaked shirt, not knowing what to do about it. "I-I'm sorry." Paige reported. "I didn't know..." her voice trailed off, because she just couldn't bring herself to say, I didn't know you were alive. "What's your name?" she said instead.

Sam sighed, disappointed that there seemed to be no answers the the questions he had. "Well, my sister dragged me into this thing too," he said, glancing at Marie and seeing the blood on her shirt. Sam gasped at the sight and took a few quick steps towards Marie and Paige. He stumbled as a slight diziness took over his head and stomch again. He bent over and put his head between his legs to help the sudden urge to pass out cold.

"Marie," she said casually, sitting up straighter. She noticed Paige's eyes grow wide as they looked at her shirt. Marie was about to look to when she saw Sam make a sudden attempt to walk and nearly fall to the ground. Marie pushed herself up with her hands, wanting to get up and not feel so useless, when the pain of her side finally hit her. She looked down quickly and saw the fresh blood completely soaked through her shirt. She instinctively put a hand to the place where she thought the gash was. Marie looked at Paige with panicked eyes before sorting out her thoughts and calming herself down. She didn't dare lift her shirt to see the gash, afraid that the sight of it would cause her to panic.

Constance rushed over to make sure Sam was okay. "Whoa..." she said in shock. "You alright there, bud?" She didn't mean to call him 'Bud', and they weren't exactly buddies. It's only the way she talked.

Paige looked to Marie from below as she stood up. Marie was considerable taller than Paige, but it was only a guess. As the blonde girl turned to see Marie rush to Sam's side, she noticed Phoebe was awake now. Paige gasped slightly, then caught herself. "You're awake!' she breathed with a big smile on her face. "I must, however, apologize for my sister poking you with a stick. She's isn't the most sensitive person in the world."

Sam waved Constance away with his hand. He took a deep breath and stood straight again. "I'm fine," he said, his voice not as sure as he would have liked. "Fo we have a first aid kit or something?" he asked hurridly, glancing at Marie's blood. If he went to her, he wanted to give her some form of help.

Ooc:// Just saying, Marie didn't stand up. She's still sitting. And she would probably be shorter than Paige, not taller, since Marie is only 5'2", which is short, and Paige is average height.

Bic:// Marie rolled up her shirt to get a looked at the source of the blood. She didn't think that looking at it would help any, but she couldn't think of anything else to do about it. The gash was deep, but luckily not any place that it would cause much internal damage. She looked away from it and she pulled her shirt back down over it.

OOC: Can someone take notice of Serena?

Bic: Serena finally removed enough snow for her to sit up. Coughing, she sat up slowly and tried to move her legs.

"Oh, that's what it was..." Phoebe glanced sideways at the girl called Paige, regarding her dryly. "Uh, no, its fine." She finished hurriedly.
She heard coughing and looked over to see another girl emerging from the snow.... what was her name? Phoebe couldn't remember this ones name.
Phoebe quickly half-walked half-limped over to the coughing girl, and bent down beside her.

"Hey, are you okay?" she asked, looking her over - that of her which was not covered with snow - to check to see if she was injured. At that moment she saw a glimpse of red, and saw the blood on the girl that she supposed was Sam's sister.

Not being bothered to wait for it to be handed to her, she went over to the skiing instructor, Ashton, and yanked the fist aid kit off his belt. She threw it over to Marie and Sam, thinking after she'd done it that it'd been a stupid idea to throw it and hoping that one of them would catch it. She quickly returned to kneel beside the girl who had just emerged form the snow and see if she was alright.

Ooc:// Sorry, I didn't check the bio for Marie. I'm too lazy :D and I'm just saying I can't post right now but I'm reading every one you guys write!

Ashton felt a slight shiver down his spine and his arms and legs began to show goose bumps appearing
on his arms, it was getting cold. we really did need to start getting a move on.

" i know we all have some issues that need to be attended to but as soon as we get out of here the quicker me can seek
popper qualified medical attention." He said.
