"Yeah! Both of you!" Came Beau's reply from inside the portal.
Fracshun entered the portal slowly.

Sylo entered the portal, unaware of what lay on the other side.

The trio ended up in a rather enormous cave, with gold statues and red-hot magma bellow. There were a few carvings on the wall that explained a story. The story of when the humans and dragons were at war. Then, one human and one dragon teamed up to stop all of the nonsense. The human climbed aboard the mighty black and gold dragon's back and shouted out for the war to stop, but his pleas could not be heard over the blood-curtling battle cries. Then suddenly the black and gold dragon gave an allmighty roar that silenced the humans and dragons. The friendship between the human and the black and gold dragon soon became an influence. From that day on, humans and dragons paired up and worked together, and the war was forgotten by many.. Beau was the son of the black and gold dragon. And when Beau hatched, he became a legend, like his father. Artha's grandfather was the great human who ended the war with the help of Beau's father, the great human was named 'The Dragon Booster'. Beau shook his head and focused on trying to find Mortis. He roared loudly, hoping Mortis could hear him. But there was no reply. His roar echoed in the large cave then slowly faded.

ooc: I have decided it would make the story more interesting if Lance was the only human left but then later on in the rp, he would disappear. (Lance is a helpless 10 year old, so he should make this more interesting )

"Hellooooo?" Fracshun called softly. He then jumped as he saw something move in the shadows. It was something small, but it was getting closer and closer to Fracshun. Alarmed, Fracshun shivered and backed up a bit. Then the weak voice of a boy could be heard. "Fracshun?" The boy asked, he then emerged from the shadows. To Fracshun's surprise and to his delight, it was Lance..

Sylo saw all those drawings on the wall and followed the story back to the great Dragon War with Dragons vs. Humans. Sylo never heard about the story, since his father didn't care and his mother was dead, along with his brother and sister. He closed his eyes and shook off the memories. The black and gold dragon depicted on the cavern looked like Beau. "Hey Beau..." Sylo said, his voice echoing through and bouncing off the stony enclosures. "What is all this?"

Sylo laid eyes on Lance and jumped back. He stared at him hard, with his yellow eyes wide open and head down in a challenging manner. After what happened, Sylo still hated humans, but he only came to help them because of his friends. The eye Sylo was blind in has sort of a pale film over it now, and it was easily seen when Sylo's eyes were so wide open, staring at the young boy, daring him to move and take another step towards him.

Sylo looked at Beau and gave him a fake laugh. "Yeah, Beau, you're so cool!" Sylo said sarcastically. The next time the small human boy moved, Sylo bared his teeth and snarled, warning him that if he moved near him again, he's in for it.

Sylo wondered, Why do these dragons trust humans so loyally? What did the humans ever do for them? No matter what, I'm keeping an eye on this brat. Sylo then spread his wings and followed.

Beau stopped to make sure his pals weren't too far behind, he soon noticed that Lance and Fracshun looked rather sleepy. They are children, so they must get tired more easily, we should stop and rest. We can look for the other humans and Libris in the morning. Thought Beau. "Alright you two, we'll stop and rest now." Said Beau, heading over to one of the old but strong stables. He then lay down on a bed of straw and closed his eyes. I wonder if we'll ever find our humans, Artha is my best pal, and I don't wanna lose him forever.. Thought Beau before turning into his red and blue form and falling asleep.
Fracshun yawned and lay down beside bro, he smiled when Lance fell asleep next to him. Fracshun yawned, placed his tail over Lance and his head on Beau's front paws and fell asleep.

Meanwhile...

Cyrano plodded along beside Wildfyre. "We've been searching for hours now, lets head over to the stables to rest.." Suggested Cyrano.

Sylo shoved off into the farthest corner, away from the human boy. He huffed and wondered why they would even let a human touch them.

Ooc:// I think we should give up on Cyrano and Wilfyre, just because they're not working

ooc: Hmm, I reckon we should leave em out till the end of this roleplay, because at the end is when all the dragons reunite with their humans. But we're only gonna focus on Beau and Artha, Fracshun and Lance, Cyrano and Parm, Wildfyre and Kitt and Decepshun and Moordryd..not ALL the dragons XD.

Beau woke up at 8:00 in the morning. He yawned and rose to his feet, careful not to wake the young ones. He walked over to Sylo and shook him awake. "Sylo, get up, I need to show you something." He whispered.

Sylo sleepily opened his eyes a crack and said, "What do you wanna show me?"

"No questions, just follow." Replied Beau.
