Adolphus took his time to walk out, he was the last one to get out but he came just in time to hear his mother's question."Yeah...yeah, why haven't we met him yet?" He sounded kind of angry but he wasn't, even though he did thought it was weird that they hadn't seen their father.

Adolphus was speechless, he had a mix of emotions, first he was mad with his father for running away and leaving their mother to take care of him and his brothers by herself, but he was also excited and kind of happy because he would finally meet his father. But then something came to his mind, something very important for him."But mom, if we are not wolves but we aren't dogs either....then what are we?"
