Personality: Changeling is the quiet type. He prefers to speak with actions rather than words and will only get violent as a last resort. He doesn't go out of his way for attention, he actually prefers to remain unseen as a tattered mutt is not the prime choice of dog. He tries to make everything positive although he's not bouncing-off-the-walls-kittenspuppiesbutterfliesWHEE optimist. Despite his silence, he's a rather intelligent
History Prior to team: Changeling got his name from the fact that he was discovered in a completely different litter of pups one day. No one knows where he came from or who his parents are, but he was named after the creature that is swapped with children; Changeling. He was bought as a guard dog at a bar, unfortunately for him the owner was a drunkard who hurled bottles at Changeling to shut him up, getting glass in one eye which cost him his sight in that eye (hence his fear of bottles) His owner died and Changeling was never claimed after that. Since then, he has carried on the lessons learned. He is quiet and phobic of glass bottles all from his past.
He was captured and thrown in a kennel. Because of his blind eye, most mushers looked over Changeling. He eventually lost hope of adoption since only cute dogs, puppies, or dogs capable of working (and looked good) were adopted. Day after day he waited for a day he thought would never come.
A local musher came by and browsed through the dogs, each trying their best to look strong and appeal to the human. Changeling didn't even try, he curled up at the back of his kennel, tucked his nose under his tail, and tried to sleep. The musher finally got to Changeling, and to the mutt's surprise, the musher chose him. Still in shock, Changeling met his future team, some eyed him with contempt, others indifference, and some hope.
How they feel about being a sled dog: It's a new experience for Changeling. He's been a reject his entire life and all of the sudden he was yanked off the streets. He is grateful just to have someone that cares about him.
How they feel about Indy: He reveres Indy as a superior. He would support Indy in whatever ventures he chose.
