1. Voice (The tone they give will answer what i should reply)
2. Hair (Just the style usaully to see if i notice them)
3. face (Like the eyes/nose. shape and just.. well everyone got some unique face =3 unless they wear makeup then everyone looks alike =/)

The first thing I usually notice if I should be wary of that person or if they seem like a good person. Usually based on what they are wearing and what they look like.

Their personality. How they act.
If they are nice, I will like them.
If they are a jerk, I will not like talking to them.
Usually that way for everyone. But That is the first think I usually see.
