"Choker!" Josh cried, jumping to her side once again. "Let me help you..." Although it was obvious that she needed the help, he picked her up by the scruff, avoiding the injured paw. He then threw her, gently, onto his back, adjusting her until he felt comfortable with it. "Now, hold on tight! This is going to be one bumpy ride...."

Tomoyo ran past the man, past the dogs an dthe building at full speed, trying to get somewhere....anywhere.She was running away from another home with yet another drunken idiot, she soon felt the concrete begin to burn her paws at the speed, but she didn't dare to stop.She went to jump over a large crate that somone had put out, but as sh elanded she landed on a greyhound, she shrieked outloud and jumped off of him "I-I-I'm so sorry!" She studdered, the dog was handsom looking, and seemed her age "Are you alright?"

Josh was about to run faster when he saw the man from the corner of his eye. His mind just went blank...until a rottweiler came in to rescue them. He saw the dog topple the man over, his teeth clenched onto his arm. But after that, he ran down another alley, hoping to escape from this nightmare forever...

Meanwhile, Buster landing back on his paws when he was able to distract the humans from their prey. "Come on, you pathetic beings!" he barked loudly. "Bring it on! Unless you're too chicken!!" And with that, he just charged again, quickly noticing the other females that were watching...(-_- Seriously! ^^)

Josh skidded to a halt to let Choker off of his back. "Are you sure you're going to be okay?" he asked with a nod, still a bit concerned about her... "Because if you still need me here, I won't hesitate to-" He felt himself cut off, just waiting to hear her reaction to his idiot talk....

Josh was a bit surprised, but he quickly nodded and came up to Choker's side to help her once again. "What is it?" he had to ask. He really cared for this female, and he didn't know what he would ever do without her...
