You're all crazy XD I like to watch distant lightning but when it's really close it's kinda freaky. One time underneath our house (it's a high-set house) flooded about a foot or two high, maybe more. There were garbage bins floating down the street! And lightning struck not too far away from our street, it tore up a huge chunk of the road. Heaps of our crappy stuff that was down stairs was ruined, it doesn't rain much here, and it gets really hot, the most I can remember is up to 42C (that's 108F) and those days are not pretty... we have to stay inside during lunch time at school (well we did in Primary school last year) if it was over 38C (100F)... it gets to that usually a few times (usually five or something) a year... but I really, really hate the cold, I'm sooooo not used to it... as for what weather I like I already posted it before:

I'm nuts too. Though Hurricanes don't happen in Michigan. Nothing beats a Florida storm. I was in Clearwater, FL in 2006. Man Did I enjoy the storms! I would look out the back of my aunts condo's porch door and watch the lightning flash and the palms sway. This was in July.

Oh yes Florida Summer T'storms are the BEST! I agree totally, I like watching the palm trees wave'n in the wind X3 and Oh clearwater gets alot of storms!

I need more rain than sun at my place.

I have three types of favorites..

1) Warm weather (around 80 degrees) and partly cloudy and partly sunny, with not a drop of rain! =)

2) Very cold and snowy. I love blizards and deep snow in the winter. I hate it when it's cold in the winter and there's no snow.

3) Warmish (around 65) with thunderstorms... but that's only sometimes. I'm really not a fan of rain, but I do enjoy thunderstorms every now and then.

I looooove rain. Just standing out side and letting it hit me.

And thunderstorms are cool too...to sit by a window and listen to the beat of the thunder, the shatter of the rain, the howl of the wind, to see the flash of the lightning...it's very calming. For me
