What kind of dog is Bolt

I have read a fact on the internet that says Bolt is a white german shepherd, I think he is small because he is the runt, you see in the movie, theres a scene when Bolt and his friends Rhino and Mittens, are riding on the back of a truck, and Bolt sees a man playing with another white german shepherd. This german shepherd looks the same age as Bolt, yet he is bigger, he is the size of a regular white german shepherd, so the only solution is, Bolt is a runt.

I have a maltese ****** at home called Aussie, and he is a runt. He is the same size as Bolt XD.

I have to make a point, even if I haven't seen the movie, that dogs are very capable of having dwerfism, something no one has brought up, it produces correctly proportional but much smaller dogs, if Bolt were a White German Shepard with dwerfism, he'd look identical to a normal sized one, only much smaller.

Over half of the people on this topic agree that he is a white german shepherd - so wy do people keep posting with comments like 'yeah - he is a white german shepard' or posting more pictures of the dog breed to prove something that almost everyone already accepts as fact?

I personally think that links and images are all of the confirmation you are going to get, so I don't understand why these posts are not considered spam - unless you have more reasons to add to why Bolt is a white german shepherd or otherwise I believe that you shouldn't post, because this board is knocking down others everytime someone says "I agree." :/
