Phoenix the drifting husky followed the wind as it whips around him covering his gray pelt with a fine layer of snow.
It is here that I am needed, yes it is. He said to the wind as if it was a long lost friend. Phoenix walked down from his lookout point. Down into the hills there was scent marker line around it and, Phoenix known it by the smell. Best watch myself the air is foul Phoenix thoght as he smelled both wolves and dog on the air. The husky known, as Phoenix turned and sped along the dogs’ scent tail with all possible speed. Some people have a nose for getting into and causing trouble. Phoenix is one that can smell trouble coming/

Too wrapped up in the moment, Zeth didn't sense only danger. His heart began pounding faster when he looked over at Denca once more, watchign how the moonlight reflected the brilliance of her shaded fur. His eyes grew warm, losing their edge for competition. He thought about it for a split second, then quickly tackled Denca in play. "Gotcha!" he yelled out, tubling with her and rolling into the soft blanket of snow below.

Denca glanced over just to see Zeth charge at her. Her icy blue eyes widen and she yelped. As she figured out what was happening in mid tackled she started to laugh as they tumbled into the snowy ground. She landed under him, stomach upwards. Denca looked up with him with tender, amused and affectionate eyes. Something Denca had never let him see until now. The heat of the moment had made her loose her gaurd over herself. Denca's ears slowly folded back against her skull and if the moon was not shinning on her silver cheeks so much a little pink tint could have been seen.

Zeth smiled warmly down at Denca, cocking a brow to see her expression dissolve into one of affection. Did she feel the same way? He huffed out a small little nervous laugh and then slowly touched his nose to hers.

Denca stopped breathing as Zeth leaned down towards her. She couldn't help the little gasp that lept from her mouth. He... She couldn't even think. The black and silver husky blushed like mad, she could feel her cheeks hot under her fur. Her shimmering ivy blue eyes never moving off his eyes. Denca stretched her neck up and softly let her tender pink nose lick the side of his muzzle before she leaned back to look at him again.

Zeth blushed a little himself, returning a small lick of his own. "Sorry." he said slowly as he moved off of her, shaking off the snow on his fur and looking back down at her, smiling.

Denca rolled off her back and onto her stomach. Her fur was caked in snow and she shook her form. Starting from her head until her tail flickered from side to side and a little small snow shower fluttered into the air. She laughed as the snow she had shook off fell on her in a calm peacful fall, as if snow was really falling. It ended quickly and the snow slowly melted into her thick silkly jet black over coat. Denca turned her head to Zeth and smiled softly, "Don't be sorry." She said softly.

"Hm?" Zeth inquired, looking over at Denca. His eyes filled with a mixture of surprise and happiness. His tail began wagging as his pink tongue stuck out of his maw slightly.

Denca chuckled softly and smiled to him. Denca tensed her muscles then loosened them. When she moved her fur rippled softly. Denca bent and stretched her bones. Some jointed made soft pops and she sat down upon her hauntches looking at her dear friend. She giggled and looked down at the shuffled snow they had been laying in. For the first time in her life, Denca was shy.

Zeth walked over, sitting himself next to Denca. Wearing a sly smile upon his face, he then layed down in the cool snow, rolling over onto hi back, looking up at her. He saw her eyes wander from his in shyness and he laughed. "A little shy, are we? That's not like you Denca." he said soothingly.

Denca looked over at him and rolled her eyes, getting her edge back slightly. She stood up and pranced over his laid out body. She snarled playfully and snapped at him. "Oh get over yourself." She laughed and flickered her ears.

Denca smirked, "Do you have a problem with my additude?" She asked with a raised eye brow. She layed herself down upon the snowy ground, her head near his, her body laying in the other direction as his. She got a sly smile on her maw, stretching her neck out and nipping onto his ear with her pearly fangs, tugging lightly.

Denca laughed and then gasped as his weight was ontop of her. She snarled laughing as she tried to twist around crawl out from under him. She wrinkled her muzzle as she listened to her muzzle, "Okay, okay. I get it." She said smiling and still clawing at the ground under her. Her silver and black tail flashing around.
