True that, man!

I have to admit, I found the idea of robots turning into animals more interesting than turning into other machines, like trucks and stuff. I even watched the Beast Wars series on TV, and got the new chrome-style Rattrap figure!

As to this movie... I've only heard bad stuff about it. According to one reviewer, pretty much nothing happens. I don't think I'll even bother to watch it.

Don't trust so called professional movie critics. They, in my experience, are almost never correct about movies, movies they say suck, I love. And it might be that particular reviewer's opinion, not what you'res would be.

I read the review from Plugged In, and quite frankly I''m not watching it unless i can get my hands on the cable version. I think the previews were awesome, but the movie itself, after reading a throughough breakdown of what it has to offer, sounds like little more than an insult to a franchise of what were oriinally kids's toys.
Don't get me wrong, I think transforming robots (especially ones that turn into animals) are cool beyond words. But the stuff they put in with it is like chocolate mixed with rax onion and castor oil with a hefty does of mud. It's just not worth the sweet stuff that's in it.

I saw it today, don't trust the critics, I read today that most critics gave it bad reviews but most moviegoers loved it, 91% of them actually. I loved it as well, the final climatic battle was awsome, much better than the first film. The only problem I had was a akward moment with Devasator which I won't mention. I loved it, it was really cool, though many of the Decepticons never got introduced very well, the Autobots did. The main Decepticons were well introduced, including the Fallen, who was a great villian.

Actuelly, and intrestingly, the film makers made it so all three were technically Arcee, they sorta had a hive mind thing, they were supposed to combine into Arcee (the reason being Arcee would've been too small on her own to be able to battle the larger Decepticons on her own or something like that) but they didn't have time to work that in. She survived though. The twins were supposed to combine into one robot as well but time constrants again. On a related note, the red twin reminded me a lot of Jazz. Oh and the third movie will have Unicron in it as well. I loved Sideswipe, he was awsome!

I liked the movie but I think that some things went way too fast and should have been explained better. In the first movie all the transformers at least had a decent explanation but in this one all the new ones barely got a decent explanation about who they were and how they got there and whatnot(for both autobots and decepticons).

They never really talked much about any of the new ones save for like jetfire and the fallen and the movie just focused on the old ones and the newcomers took a back seat to them. Sideways and Arcee got the least moments in my opinion and I was looking forward to them the most along with Soundwave who just appeared out of nowhere.

In the next movie they need to take more time with the transformers and not just leave it up to the audience to figure things out.

I agree a bit with that, but two newcomers did get a good bit of time, the Twins. I liked them a lot, they reminded me a lot of Jazz. I wished to they'd given Sideways more and Acree, I wish they'd have had Arcee combine like they'd planned, that would've been cool. About Soundwave though, I have to say he was pretty easy to figure out in my opinion, he was searching for Megatron's body and the Allspark by hacking human satalites, which makes a lot of sense in my mind when you think about the Decepticons. That any Soundwave was pretty cool in appearence and his voice added an element of menice to him that made him spooky. That and the idea of an evil alien floating out in space, capable of watching our every movie adds to that. I would've liked to see how he'd fight though.

. Yeah, I liked the twins, they made me laugh so hard when they were the ice cream truck at the beginning. They did kind of remind me of Jazz too. It's quite sad thinking about it though, because Jazz was my favorite autobot out of all of them, but he died in the first movie so he wasn't in the second.

Soundwave was pretty awesome, I loved his voice. It sounded so spooky, and I love spooky voice. Eh, no wonder they call Soundwave. XD

I don't really like Starscream though. He's so chicken to fight, you don't really see fight scenes with him. I mean, yeah there was the one with Optimus Prime, but Megatron was there helping him. Starscream would have probably stayed away from Optimus if he was by himself, which is why Starscream always lives. It's just my opinion, I'm probably wrong.

Yeah, they intended from the begining to make a triology. Grindor was there with them as well, the helicopter guy. I can' believe the negative reviews critics gave it, 91% of all moviegoers that watch it loved it. Soundwave was originally, in the toys and such, a music cartrage or boombox but the movie makers didn't want the Transformers to change size in transformations, that's why they animated every part of the transformation. I like Soundwave as a satilite.

Worst movie I've seen in a loooooooooooong time. Not only was it an atrocious film in and of itself, it was also racist, superficial, sexist, annoying and juevinile.

It depresses me that this festering pile of rancid garbage is making so much money.

It's an unbelieveably heinous crime against cinema as an art form and as entertainment alike. A black vortex of awfulness and stupidity so strong that not even the tiniest particle of light can escape.

An abomination.

How was it racist? explain that

Monkey-like robots who speak in Ebonics, have gold buck teeth, big ears and can't read. Did you really not pick up on that? Or what about when the Jordanians enter the battle and instantly get blown away?
How about the black guy at the deli portrayed as a dumb inbred?

That being racist? wow that is suppose to be for laughs, and also some of those characters would rather fight than learn, and just because they speak in Ebonics have gold teeth and can't read doesn't mean it is racist, maybe it is you who are racist

You're kidding me, right? Not only were those characters totally unfunny, but those are probably some of the most blatant black stereotypes in the book all put together. And "rather fight than learn"? There's another one right there.

 whatever not only is it pointless in arguing with you, you are very ignorant, you are the biggest critic, you think that everything is stupid and boring, you always put down peoples comments, and if you haven't noticed most movies show that most "Black" people can't read and shows that they are dumb doesn't mean it is racist.
