Rosa began to coo to the little one, gently running her fingertips over the bump. "There there." she looked to Tera, nodding. "That sounds like a great name. Do you like that little one? Rex." she hugged him close and gentle.

Leron blinked a moment. "I don't know, but she is definately old enough to be wed."

Rex nodded with what sound like a cross between a bark and a purr.

"I think he does." said Tera. "Its about time for him to eat his yearly gem stone, do you have any he can eat? Rubies are their favorite."

Suzuku nodded. "True." he said. "This place is crawling rather lovily girls, she is certainly the most pretty."

"I think so." Rosa smiled, taking a small ruby from her kimono. "Will thid do for now? Since he's only a baby." she looked down, still smiling.

Leron nodded. "I think it is her odd colors that make her the most lovely. Her hair is so bright as are her eyes."

Tera nodded. "Yes, that will do." she said. "He sure is cute."

Rex reached up and took the ruby, chewing it up and swollowing it, his eyes glowing. He let out another happy bark/meow. He licked her face.

Suzuku nodded. "Yes I agree completely." he said. "She is a good catch for whoever decides to take her hand in marrige."

Rosa nodded, giggling as Rex licked her face. "He's adorable!" she laughed, holding him so her wouldn't fall. "I love him already."

"Aye," said Leron, eyes looking to and fro. "Any man would be lucky to have her hand."

Rex smiled and went to let out another bark/meow but the vine on his nose came off and he froze, eyes watering up from the stench. He put his paws over his nose and whimpered, trying not to smell the skunk smell.

Suzuku nodded. "Think she'll get to chose her mate or her parents chose?"

Rosa leaned over, getting the vine and beginning to tie it carefully around Rex's nose. "Oh, poor thing." she really couldn't smell the musk anymore, sicne she was so used to it.

Leron shook his head. "I don't know for sure, but I hope she can choose her own mate." he said, ears flickering about.

Rex smiled and nuzzled Rosa, tail wagging.

"Well if you didn't like the musk, you'd probably act the same, after all canines have a very good sense of smell." said Tera. "At least I think he's a canine, he's also sort of like a feline too."

Suzuku nodded. "I know, love is an importent thing."

"I know," said Rosa. "But I enjoy the scent. For those who don't it is too overpowering." she giggled softly.

Leron nodded. "Think of how many families do that, to add more power or to gain wealth." he shook his head sadly.

Tera nodded. "I know. Alright, time for your next lession dear." she said. "Did you do your math homework?" she asked.

Rex curled up on Rosa's lap and wagged his tail, watching her smiling.

Suzuku nodded."True and I hate to think that will happen to Rosa."

Rosa nodded, ears going down sadly. "Yes, Sensei." Once more taking a scroll from her silken kimono, placing it upon the floor. She wasn't as good at math as she was with other things.

"She's too nice of a girl," said Leron. He bowed once more as servants and maid rushed by.

Rex whimpered and licked Rosa's nose, not liking her to be sad at all. He got on the floor and chased his tail until he got dizzy and fell, trying to cheer her up.

Tera took it. "Alright, I'll check it." she said. She started checking it.

Suzuku boed as well until he noticed one coming to the door. She said she needed to bring a book to Rosa. He nodded but noticed she reached into her cloths as she went to the door and he saw something metal. He sweeped her and a dagger flew out of her hand and landed on the ground. He checked it. "Poison in the handle." he said to Leron.

Rosa nodded, looking down at Rex with a small giggle. She gently pick him up, setting him on her lap once more. "silly little one." she began to pet him once more.

Leron grabbed hold of the woman's arm, his sword clicking out of its sheath. "Poison?" he said coldly, nodding. "Rakashi-san, can you bring her to the Captain?" he asked, flashing the blade as she tried to squirm away.

Tera smiled. "Much better." she said. "You've improved a lot." she said. "But you still have trouble when it comes to division."

Rex purred as he was petted, like a little kittin. He wagged his tail as well.

Suzuku nodded. He turned the woman over to another guard after binding her arms to prevent escape and handed over the dagger carefully. "We should have a full check on all the servents." he said.

Rosa nodded. "I know, Sensei. But it's like every time I need to do Math, it's like my mind just passes out." she said, continuing the petting motion.

Leron nodded, catching another passing guard to inform the Lord and Lady about a servant check. Doing as he was bid, he sped off. "Who would hire a woman to assassinate someone?" he asked, sounding concerned.
