ok... that one i deleted because i didnt like the way i did Havoc's markings. and this is what happened, it was late and i had a headach. i made this topic.. then i desided to go to bed. the next day i came to see if anyone asked me a question... but no. you guys were already mad at me for not puting copyrights for like 7 hours, so i could sleep. i went to bed at 1 in the morning, and i woke up at 8 AM. i had a headach and so i went to bed. i'm not a super computer that remembers everything in life. i have so much going on in my life that i forget things. my grandfather has cancer and is in the hospital, and it spred. so i have to take care of my cousins so my mom and aunts can go see him, while my dad and uncles go to work.

I thought you said you were in a hurry to make this because you had soccer practice...or a soccer game? =_=

yes, that is true. but i didnt post the picture untill after my soccer game. i posted the pics at around 12: 55 ish.

I'll admit I haven't been following this as it progressed, but from what I read we've got a number of problems here:

I can't find the reportedly stolen pics in this topic or in Tovah's fan art or fan images galleries, so right now I have no proof.

However, since everyone is fighting about them, it seems that they were at least used without placing an "image by" line and at the worst without the artist's permission.

So, if each involved party would reply to this calmly and without addressing the other parties, I would like to hear each side of this and solve whatever problems there are. Savy?

Tovah: White Wolf's Moon is right. You can't just use pics. You need to ask permission and the artist has to say "yes."

MOS: Thank you for bringing this entire thing to my attention, but watch you language, please. Cursing does not make a situation better.

Lone--> i PMed " the artist" about in image and she said yes. i even asked her to fix the ears and she said no problem. so i put it on the site. it 's not my fault she changed her mind.

Lone Wolf~ No, you cannot se the pictures Tovah used because she deleted them. However, the first and second pictures on this topic were in fact stolen from my adoption topic. You will notice I have let many other atrists use it because they asked me first. Tovah did no such thing.

The third picture of Jack Russles I let her use not because she asked me, but because she PM'd me and asked me to 'fix it' so they look like wolves. I calmy told her to ask me next time she used my line art (which she didn't) and kindly let her use it.

white--> i also asked you. and what part of " there is (C)" dont you understand? i really dont like fighting with you about this but still. if people look at my first post... they'll see " lineart (C) to Kepz and white wolf's moon." when i woke up, i saw your post. i looked at mine and saw i didnt put copyrights. so i did. i dont understand whey you keep flaming me. it's in the past now move on.

Lone~ I believe you said to not address the other parties... Getting permission for one drawing does not give a person the full rights to use any pictures drawn by me that they choose.

I see differeces in both characters that's all, and I sugest to watch your language I let things like this pass, but others won't and could report you so watch it, or at least censore it .

Kepz--> i agree with you. Beth is completly different from Danielle.
