I believe the solution can only be automatic. I think I will re-enable the automatic bans : if someone gets reported by several different visitors in a short time, then the system can give a 1 day ban to avoid these situations. I just need to implement this. Yes i think that woul'd be a good idea. It will take time to get the programming right... Anyway, more mods coul'd be a solution. Not so they are on 24/7, but like for most of the day. And maybe when no one is on (Exept the odd 1 or 2) For the auto bann to come into place. SO basicly i woul'd say more mods, and that auto bann. No... as I said in an earlier post: It's too easy for members to exploit. Many members have friends/gangs and if another member that's neither gets on one's nerves, they all will report him/her just to get him/her banned, in revenge. This ain't going to happen. Well, once they are banned to coul'd come up as a temp bann. For the mods to investigate...

I think the automatic banning solution is a mere quick fix - it won't do in the long run, especially with the little gangs thing going around.

Well, that seems what should happen. They should be able to search the site on temp bann, but just not be able to post, but when the mods come on they make the final disission.

despite that its baltorock's classmates, i really dont blame him/her. for all we know one of these noobs could have pretended they were really into balto and wolves and got the address then gave it to a bunch more people.then they all come at once and decide to try to annoy everyone to death . as for demon, i cant belive he/she said that steet should make them a mod, saying that only decreases their chances by, uh, only A LOT!
