Whisperstar looked at her deputy, Yarrowtail had been an wonderful warrior. He was also only slightly younger than her, she nodded at his greeting and sat beside him looking around the camp clearing, the burning in her pelt of danger to come was slightly numbed by the warmth that built inside of her as she gazed at her loved ones. Sighing she flicked her ears calmly.
"Yarrowtail, do you have something to report. Or are you simply sitting here by me to admire my looks again?" She mewed, a twinkle of amusement flickered in her icy blue gaze as she gave him her best dreamy, look. She licked her shoulder fur, not taking her eyes off her deputy. She almost enjoyed making him feel flustered, she purred a purr that rang with laughter. Not mocking laughter but, pure good-fun laughter.

Gladepaw felt Frostpaw's tail flick her flank, she smiled wryly at him.
"Nothing... I just, I'm not sure that they'd let me train with you. I'm not like every other cat..." She mewed, she liked that Frostpaw cared about her. She licked the base of his ears and trotted a little further.

Confused by what gladepaw ment he said " how are you different from every other cat and thats nothing to be ashimaned of"

"I'm a half-Clan!" Gladepaw mewed, she burst into tears at admitting it,"And thats why my mentor wont ever train me! He's ashamed to have me as an apprentice!" She pushed her face into Frostpaw's neck fur, she gulped air trying to calm herself, her fur flushed with embarrassment at crying in front of Frostpaw.

Whisperstar licked Yarrowtail's ear, partly just to see his orange fur get even redder.
"Maybe your right." She smiled at him as she stood to walk away, she ran her silver tail across his ginger face as she walked around the clearing, stopping every once in a while to greet her clan mates and check that things were OK.

" So thats nothing to be ashamed of gladepaw i think that it would be cool to be a half clan" said frostpaw putting his tail around gladepaw trying to give her reassurance about being half clan. " but that still does nor give your metor a right to not train you so listen you do not have to do this but if you want to you can." " Ok show your mentor that no matter what your are a thinderclan cat at heart and that is really what matters right?"
said frostpaw giving gladepaw a reassuring look

Tigerpaw looked at teh two. "I agree with Frostpaw. I'd love to be half-clan, Gladepaw. I won't go without you, I promise. If they try to drag me, I'll fight them every step of the way."

Gladepaw nodded, her crying had stopped and had dissolved to mere sniffled but the hot tears remained on her silver and black cheeks. Frostpaw was amazing, he knew just how to make her feel better. Gladepaw rested her cheek against his shoulder and breathed in and out hoping to rid herself of her annoying sniffles and gasps.
"I want to patrol and hunt with you Frostpaw, and you Tigerpaw!." She gave him a weak smile, she licked his shoulder and continued to walk towards their leader and Winterclaw with him and Tigerpaw.

Whisperstar felt a nip at her ear and gasped, she turned to see Yarrowtail bound off. She gave him a look that meant,
'Oh no you don't!' She let out a pretend hiss of rage and bounded after him, weaving carefully between groups of cats and then she stopped to watch the pattern he was weaving. She used her bright mind to make up a quick and easy tactful plan. She bounded to the left and then forward she lept, landing squarly on his shoulders she nipped at his neck and pinned him to the floor.

Gladepaw nodded once more, they had reached the two mentors now.
"What do you three want?" Winterclaw asked trying to look surprised and curious, though he was sure he wasn't doing very well. He gazed down at Gladepaw, she shuddered at his gaze. He wrinkled his nose at her odd scent, it was one he hadn't smelled in a while... tears. Had she been crying recently? He hadn't noticed any problem between her and anything else, but he could guess it was something to do with her being half-clan she seemed very sensitive about the matter lately. He shrugged his thoughts away and returned his attention to the apprentices before him and Lionstar.

"Exactly," tigerpaw agreed. She looked at Lionsatr. "Can you and Winterfclaw take teh three of us hunting?"

Lionstar purred. "It's ok with me."

Tigerpaw grinend. "Can we patrol teh SahdowClan and RiverClan border?"

Ooc:// Can Tigerpaw be mixed with SahdowClan but she doesn't know it? It hink that would be weird since she hates shadowClan. and can I enter a few more cats?

" please can we go winterclaw" begged frostpaw

Winterclaw peered at the young tabby she-cat, why was she so eager to patrol those certain borders? He eyed the young apprentice with slight suspicion.
"I suppose..." Winterclaw mewed to Frostpaw,not taking his eyes off the small she-cat. He left for only a few seconds to drop his prey on the fresh-kill pile.
"Lets get going..." He mewed slowly as he returned.

Lionstar padded out of camp. "Well, coemon," he mewed to teh apprentices.

Gladepaw smiled with glee, her sadness had evaporated and was replaced by pure joy. They were going on a patrol! And to the ShadowClan border, Gladepaw's paws prickled with excitement. She sprinted to catch up to Tigerpaw who padded next to Lionstar and Winterclaw.
Gladepaw narrowed her eyes curiously as she noticed Winterclaw's gaze toward Tigerpaw, Why would he stare at her so!?
