Tina watched her family leave then turned to the dogs that had refused to help save her father, anger in her eyes as well as her tears. "My mom is right, you're all jerks! After everything my dad has done for this town you'll just abandon him?! If it was any of you that had been dognapped my dad would risk his life to save you and you won't even lift a paw to save him! You should be ashamed of yourselves!" she yelled before following her family out. As useal she stood next to her sister as they watched their saddened mother. Tina couldn't help but be heartbroken and scared. She turned to her sister. "Is it ok to be scared?" she asked, tears still pouring from her eyes.

Titan got out and ran up next to Duke. "A job well done. I can't believe that mutt was still consious after you hit him in the head with a rock and still struggled for a minute or two while I was choaking him." he said.

Miko looked around to make sure no one was around before taking Balto off the motorcycle and heading to the house.

OOC: I got back earlier than I thought.

Jenna was fighting to be strong, she was scared for the blood on the paper was still fresh in her mind. She was wondered around the area, sniffing everything that could have the scent of her love and then she remembered the letter, the only other town that was close would be Anchorage, but why would they go there...Jenna was confused as all the different scent around her, she picked up Balto's quickly for she knew him all to well. She looked at her daughters and urged them on, feeling like she was being watched by someone....or something

Delilah was of course worried, as she moved thorough the area, sniffing everything for something that would give a hint to where Balto was. She too picked up his scent and smiled a little as she followed behind Jenna quickly of course. Se growled as she sniffed the air, thinking that she heard something as well

Aurora looked at Lena and then her sister as she too had tears in her eyes. Her father was missing, what a day this was? He was probably hurt and then she realized that her and Tina had dreamt this happening but didn't believe it. She shrugged her shoulders a little as she looked at Tina and said "I am too..don't worry". She moved further up till she was side by side with Jenna; her mother.

Lena was just moving silently, she was right there that night..she could have helped him. She sighed as she continued to move along next to Aurora

Duke looked at Titan and said "Well..he had a family and friends and was trying to stay alive.." he said as he looked at him and said "Good going, mission accomplished" he said with a smirk as he followed Miko and said "What can we do to him?"

Tina nodded and followed her sister. She tried to think of something, anything they could do. Something popped into her mind, a little drop of hope. "The humans probably know about this by now, they're probably meeting to decide what to do, we could go listin in from under whatever building they are meeting in." she said. "Maybe they'll be able to pay the ransom or at the very least they might know where Balto has been taken. Is it worth a shot?"

Miko carried Balto down into the basment of his house and placed a collar around his attached to a chain that was hooked to the wall. He put Balto down on the cold,wet rock floor and went back upstairs. "You can do whatever you want to him once he wakes up except kill him, you can beat him within an inch of his life but don't kill him." he said.

Titan smiled to Duke.

Lena shook her head and said "That is alot of money. Money this town doesn't have.." she said as she looked back at her cousin. She sighed as she looked at her friends and family and then heard a howl- not a nice one either, like a sinister howl and it sent shivers down her spine. She perked her auds incase it happened again and then looked at Jenna who was fighting against herself.

Jenna looked at Lena and nodded as she looked at her daughter and said "The only way is to go ourselves." she said, she hated putting not only her friends but now her family in jeopardy. She didn't want her family to join her on this quest; infact..she was hoping that Kodi and Dusty would come. Maybe Star and Kaltag..she sighed as she continued to move through the area.

Patriot watched the females, he spotted a few; Lena, Tina and Jenna. He smirked as he looked at Demon and said "Look at them.." he said with a sinister smirk

Duke smirked..

Aurora looked at Tina and nodded as she looked at Lena and then nodded to her sister as she followed behind her mother and sighed.

Tina nodded, she knew it was true, the town couldn't afford the ransom. "Well the closest town is Anchorage, how long is it before the deadline?" she asked. She wanted to know if they had enough time to save her dad.

Demon looked at his ally. "Yes, we shouldn't underestamate them though, the adult Jenna was the one who brought down Kira, that is no small feat. Lets watch them for awhile." he said, he was still seething over his defeat two years ago.

OOC: You played Rosy for a few seconds earlier, may I do something like that?

IC: Tina ran up to her sister, she wouldn't fall behind again. "One month, 1000 miles. I'd say we can make it. Let's just hope we don't get caught in a blizzard, Lena, you lived in the wild for a good time, anything we should be careful of?" she asked.

Demon only had eyes for one of the dogs. "I like the other granddaughter, I had took aliking to her mother two years ago. Do you see the halfbreed or that traitorous Steele?" he asked, growling on both names.

Tina nodded. "Well mom and Saba beat Kira, so did Aleu and I think Kira was more dangerous than a moose, Steele beat Demon so needless to say we should be fine." she said and countinued to stay close to her sister, just in case. "I think Lena's wilderness skills will be a big help. Now what about grizzlies?" she asked.

Demon smiled but found Balto's absense strange. "Where is the halfbreed? Its strange his family is out but not him.

Tina sensed what the other two did. She looked up the hill then at Jenna. "Mom, I think someone's up there." she said.

Demon shruged. "Maybe but I doubt it, my brother buried him in an avalanche and he still surivived. It takes a lot to kill that wolfdog." he said, it irrated him just thinking about it.

Balto groaned as he regained concsiousness, his head was pounding like a toothache, he tried to remember what happened.

OOC:// What was the thing that you were going to do with Rosy?

Jenna was already halfway up the hill as she looked at her family and said "Stay close..we have to get off the road" she said as she looked around and saw the dark figure. She growled, but it did nothing, she looked at her family telling them to hurry up as she watched the figure

He stayed still as he slunk back into the shadows and dissapeared as he looked at Jenna and said "O.o, She is hott...here comes your girl" he said with a smirk watching the grey husky move up the hill

Dusty thought she heard something as she moved up the hill behind Lena but infront of TIna and Aurora. She looked around, keeping her tail pinned as she looked at Jenna, running up next to her.

Lena did the same thing, as she moved closer to Jenna..

Aurora looked at the hill before she began to head up as she looked at Tina and said "Its ok..come on." she smiled a little..but was scared herself

Tina nodded and got close to her sister as always. Tina was the younger of the two and they were the only ones in the litter so she tended to depend on her sister when she was scared, like now. "Aurora, we're going to be gone for a long time aren't we?" she asked, trying to take her mind off the fear.

Demon moved into the shadows with his friend. "Lets get further back, I'd prefer they didn't find us until we know what they are capable of." he whispered.

Balto remember with shock, he'd been taken from his family. He suddenly felt so alone.

Tina waited for her sister to awnser but already knew they would be. They had to save their father, that was true but she already felt homesick. "I know we'll make it in time, we have to." she said. "Why didn't anyone else want to help? Why do we have to do this all by ourselves?"

Balto tried to get the collar off, it was heavy and he couldn't get it off. He laid down, put his paw over his eyes, and cried. He had no idea how far he was from his family, from everything he loved.

Titan heard Balto's crying. "Sounds like sleeping beuty finally woke up." he said with an evil smirk.
