Scout grinned. "Great! I-I mean cool." He also wagged his tail.

"Wonderful," Lily said with a smile.

Kira then nodded and started off towards the other direction, motioning for her new friends to follow. Snowclaw just nodded in farewell before turning away. As the big afternoon winds blew in, there was suddenly a white mist within the wind as Snowclaw suddenly disappeared. Kira just gave out a polite smirk at her ghostly friend before she quickly pressed on.

Lily stared at the spot Snowclaw had seemed to just disappear at. She shook it off and followed Kira. "Where exactcally are we going?" she asked.

Scout walked with Lily and Kira. "Wher's he go?" he asked.

Kira turned back to Lily and just shrugged. "I don't really know," she said, a sad look within her eyes. She then sighed and looked up towards the sky, suddenly lost within her own little thoughts. As she heard a distant howl of other wolves, she then thought of home....

Zeph didn't follow them however, and was staring the opposite direction, ears pricked at the distant wolf howls. Suddenly his ears flattened slowly, and his eyes almost softened with a kind of hurt from the past.

Scout looked at hiss paws. This was new. He had been afraid and alone all his life until now. Those stupid, stupid people! He knew it was them. All he really knew was that his parents disappeared. It was probably humans. He sighed. He had been alone. But now he wasn't. For now, said a taunting voice in hsi head. Beofre he knew it, his mind was arguing with itself.
I do not belong alone!

I'm happy here!

Scout shook his head and loooked up. He had stopped and had been sinking hsi claws into the ground. He quickly raced to be with teh group again and looked at Kira.
"You all right?" he asked. He hated htre fact that sometimes his mind wanted to disagree with him. Drove him crazy. He always argued with himself. It was a normal part of being a wolf. Or being alive. He looked at a plant and chuckled. Did plants argue with themselves too?

Lily looked toward the direction of the howls. She wandered if it was her father's pack, the pack she had left two days ago to find her own way in this world. She thought of the friends and family she left behind. She shook off the thoughts and continued with her new found... pack? Maybe.

Kira suddenly snapped back into reality and looked back towards Scout. "Yeah, I'm okay," she replied, a bigger smile forming on her face. And with that, she continued on through the dark forest, desperate to search for someplace to rest before the full darkness of the night took over. I just can't risk it. Not for me or my friends....

Sara smiled at her sister, but of course she couldn't answer her question. She couldn't see into Kita's mind. She didn't think Kita knew if she was capable of killing, either. She acted on what she thougt was right...

"Surely not! I mean, she's our sister! Then again, she's been acting quite "out of place" recently, now it's approaching her coming-of-age birthday... I really don't know, I'm going to see where the others have gone, are you coming?" She padded out of the clearing, and her blue eyes flashed behind her, waiting for her sister's response.

however, she then saw a whole trail of many wolves pawprints stamped in the slushy snow, and without waiting for her sister she shot off following them.

She entered a small clearing and saw a lone male wolf sitting in the centre. From her point of view, His eyes seemed glazed over with a distant sadness, he was lost in his thoughts. She thought best to leave him be, he seemed so lost in his own memories. But she had to admit, she liked the look of him, and before she knew it she had sidled up to him.

"Hi, I'm Sara." She said in a husky, soft voice. "Did you see Kira walk by here, by any chance?"

(eh..I'm gunna guess and think that I'm the lone wolf, XD)

Zeph shook his head and pricked his ears, snapping out of it. He turned to Sara, "wha?"

Bic:// Kira suddenly gasped as she turned to see Sara in the distance. She then broke out into a run, wanting to get as far away as possible. I can never look back...not even now!

"Kira!" howled Scout, racing after her. "Kira!"
